I walked in unprepared-due to not having all paperwork in order for them-no big deal. The staff politely asked me to get my doctors office to fax this over-rather than turning me away. As soon as the fax came through, they called me back. Wait time total of about 10 minutes. Once in the back, the staff was professional, explained every thing to me step-by-step! Everyone was so friendly and nice to deal with-all the way down to the man who pulled out my tooth! He made me laugh even while scared to have a tooth pulled! He joked and made things as light as possible. The procedure was over in a matter of minutes. It took longer to numb me than it did to extract the tooth. Once finished I got all the information needed, medicine, and gauze, to take care of my open wound. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs this kind of work done! Overall-my experience was amazing-even after getting a tooth pulled!!! 5 out of 5 in my book!!!

I was in such pain and was in stress,since I knew most places like dental clinics had a long wait period.I was also concerned since most places in Roanoke take only Roanoke,Salem,Vinton,etc residents, since I live in Franklin county I didnt even remotely qualify.Franklin County actually refurred me to these guys and glad they did. clinic being in a 5 month wait I couldnt wait. They were glad to help.I was so RELIEVED when they could see me the next day, and the staff was super friendly. If you dont have insurance and your looking to get a tooth pulled this is the place to go, of course they have a fee but its VERY reasonable! NOTE THESE GUYS ONLY DO EXTRACTIONS!

I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled immediately!!!! I called all around Roanoke, and NO other dentist could pull my tooth in a timely manner. A friend of mine told me about Commonwealth Dental Clinic. I called them and they were great!!! The were about to fit me into their schedule the next day. And once I arrived, everyone there was So nice, courteous, and friendly!!! They explained the procedure in plain English, which I truly appreciated. My experience at Commonwealth Dental Clinic was great! I would definitely recommend Commonwealth Dental Clinic!!!

I was suffering from a few broken teeth getting infected, unbearable pain, looking at 6-8 month waiting list to get them pulled. This clinic was suggested to me. They got me in 2 days after my phone call. Everyone was so nice. They are very understanding of people in my situation, as there are many of us. This clinic and its staff is a godsend. The procedure including ex-ray and extraction was very quick and relatively painless. I highly recommend it.

Took my mom in today for an extraction. Stefani was amazing! She was able to get her in SUPER fast and Dr. Gallagher pulled not just the one tooth giving her a fit the most, but ALL of her problem teeth. It was quick, painless, and the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. I would very highly recommend them to anyone! They dont treat you like just another set of teeth, you are a person and your needs are important!

Completely worthless. Called to cancel an appointment and they tell me I am no longer allowed because I have the nerve to cancel an appointment, rather than just not show up. If this is how they act when you do the right thing and let them know you wont be coming in, then Id hate to see how they act when they know you NEED them. Id rather have Steve Martin be my dentist than anyone here.

In lots of pain because I had 2cavities an they had cracked .. Tooth pain is worse than labor.. I called that Tuesday got an appointment on Friday!! Very friendly staff! The dentist is very silly which I enjoyed because I like silly lol.. The procedure was quick!! Would high recommend because its very hard to find a dentist that accepts adult Medicaid..

Staff was excellence, supportive and knowledgeable. I had denture work performed. I was impressed with the pricing. Dr Harvey helped me through every step, with directions and information. Dr Harvey is meticulous and strives for perfection. I am extremely happy with this clinic.

If I hadnt waited over an hour in the waiting area, it would be 5 stars. The staff was incredibly nice & efficient in doing their job. The dental assistant even offered me a blanket bc I had mentioned it was cold in there. Once I got back, it was done quickly & I was on my way.

Awesome staff and Dentists, everyone is polite and helpful. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and it was very quick & painless. So thankful that they accept Medicaid too. I would definitely recommend!!
