We started going there almost a year ago, first couple times we had great experiences. Over the last 6 months we really have had one problem after another there. Mainly with the front end staff. They have switched appointment dates and times on us multiple times with little to zero notice. Our latest incident would be that some one calls us yesterday while we were at dinner to remind us of the appointment and the price of the work to be done. No further explanation. When confronted about their way of handling things and giving little notice to come up with the outrageously large amount of money, they said that the "lady" told us upfront of the price, which is a bold face lie. Asked to speak to the manager wouldnt let us talk to the manager. They require 48 hour notice for cancellation but can call you less than 24 from your appointment time and spring this amount on you, no notice?! This place is run like a three ring circus. Not to mention I have had issues with some teeth since they were filled last year. We will NOT be receiving and further dental care from this "practice" if you can even call it that.

I truly cannot say enough about Spring Creek Family dentistry. The staff is so genuinely friendly and kind. I had a lot of fears about my visit and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They explained EVERY procedure to me in detail and answered all of my questions. The team gets along and works well together. I cant recommend them any more highly. If you are deciding, book an appointment today. You wont regret it!

I never write reviews, however the experience I had was so phenomenal that I felt the need to share it. I have an incredible fear of dentists. Just the thought of them makes me shudder, however after seeing Jennifer and Dr. Nadeau, my view of dentists has changed. They made me feel comfortable and all the fear melted away and they are very gentle. Love this practice and everyone in it.

I highly recommend the group at Spring Creek Family Dentistry, and coming from me this is huge! I normally dont like dentists, but they are friendly, make you feel comfortable and dont try to rip off your head while looking in your mouth.
