I started wearing glasses as a young child. Having a high quality optometrist has always been incredibly important for my life. Dr. Richardson and his team have been wonderful to partner with. My appointments are thorough, never rushed. He takes his time to explain what it is he is looking for, and what he is seeing so that I also have a firm understanding of the health of my eyes. He goes beyond the standard “what’s better? 1 or 2? 3 or 4?...” Dr. Richardson also cares for the vision and eye health of my children – they are 2 and 4. He was patient and warm with them, and really helped to foster their willingness to complete the exam. My 4 year old actually asked when he gets to go back. If you have kids – you know what a big deal that is. The team in the front is wonderful. The frame selection is the best I’ve seen in a local clinic. There are many frames to choose from, and the staff helped me sort through them to find the one that is the best for my face, style and personality (something they can’t do if they don’t take the time to know you). I get tons of compliments on my frames – and I know that’s entirely due to the recommendations of this team. Unless you’re totally in love with your current eye doctor – do yourself and your family a favor and get your next exam here.

It is always a pleasure to go see the very friendly staff at Richardson Eye. I am greeted by name like an old friend and made to feel welcome. Dr. Richardson has worked very hard to find a solution for my chronic dry eye. Ive been battling this for years (unknowingly) and I believe we finally have it figured out. They use the very latest in equipment when examining my eyes. I am seeing better than I have since I started having trouble with my vision. I have complete confidence in each person I deal with from reception to finance to the actual exams. I live on the coast and drive two hours to see them and they always work hard to get me the appointment time I need. I have wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Richardson and his crew to family and friends and will continue to do so. Oh, and I love their giveaways!! I won a new pair of beautiful Ann Taylor sunglasses!!!

I went in to get glasses for myself and my daughter. It had been a struggle to find anything we liked that we could use our insurance for. We went to Richardson Eye in Battle Ground after being referred by a friend. We went in and Brittney helped us to find just the perfect pairs of glasses for us. She was super friendly and professional (we had horrible service a few other places). Brittney was very patient with us and gave us her professional opinion when it came to choosing ones that were not only functional but cute and in our budget. She explained our insurance benefits in a way I could understand so that I was able to choose the best pairs for us! So glad to finally find a good place for our eye needs. I highly recommend this office and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thank you again Brittney for helping us!

Doctor Richardson is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I am a 77 year old man I had cataract very badly. I could only drive in the bright day time and would find my self staying in the house more. I was just getting older I would tell my self. Doctor Richardson kept after me to get cataract Surgery, But I kept putting him off. I did have it done after a month or two. Now I am so happy I had it done. I can see again like a young man again. My television is so clear and I am back having a great time. My family well always go to Doctor Ricardson. He has the latest eye equipment and the newest skills. The girls in his office are very good to and very nice and friendly.. We give Doctor Richarson 10 stars... Thank you very much.

The office was a little busy when I arrived, but Yana (at the front desk) promptly greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm and got me checked in. She was so friendly and even checked on me a few minutes after I had waited to let me know they were a little backed up but doing their best to move along and made sure I was okay... (I didnt wait more than 10 minutes to be seen but Yana was great anyway at keeping me informed :) I cant say enough how friendly and accommodating the staff was! This was by far my best visit to an eye doctor and Ill definitely go back and recommend them to friends. They even sent me a personalized postcard to thank me for my visit :) Thank you guys! You were awesome!

I am so thankful that Dr Richardson has a clinic in Battle Ground. They are the best. His support staff are so helpful and ready to answer any questions and or research to find the answer. Never rushing me.The care I receive from Dr Richardson is the BEST. He is so thorough and helpful. Never jumping to fast solutions but helping my make the best decisions possible. I also appreciate that he also cares so much about the health of my eyes. 5 star for sure. PS I went for 35 years to a top notch Optometrist when I lived out of this area for 8 years.Driving for 30 years one hour away to see him. I finally made the move to change to just minutes away. Dr Richardson is even better.

Our kids saw Dr. Egbert for new patient appointments. We were very pleased with him and the staff. They were prompt, polite, thorough, and we did not feel like they were pushy in any way. They were also very patient in helping the kids learn to put in contacts and select frames. Dr. Egbert spent time with each kid talking about their vision needs and they thought the computer images of their eyes he showed them was pretty cool too! We live in South East Vancouver, so their Battleground office isnt conveniently located for us, but the care we received is worth the drive. We have been very pleased and would recommend Dr. Egbert highly.

Dr. Richardson and his staff are simply amazing and I would highly recommend them if youre searching for someone. From the moment you walk in the door, you are personally greeted and treated impeccably. Dr. Richardson takes the time needed that each patient needs, even if that means staying a little bit after the office closes. You will get the one on one personal attention that your eyes need to be the healthiest they can, and an honest opinion of what is best for you, even if that isnt what will make the office the most money. I plan to continue taking my entire family here for as long as they will have us!

I must say that I highly disagree with Lauren Fullers review. And I think its unprofessional to attempt to slander someone publicly like that. Liana has helped me with my sons glasses on 2 separate occasions over the last couple of years with the utmost respect, professionalism, and exercised great knowledge of product and eye care as well as striving to get my son the best pair of glasses at a good price. And she has always dressed in a professional manner I must add. Id say shes a great asset to have as a place of business and certainly as well as a customer.
