So I went to this doctor, the second Ive had to see in two years since I lost my doctor of 4 1/2 years because obahmacare.just like the other one he didnt ask many questions, I had have them request my medical records from my old doctor 3 times, the first time being months in advance of my first appointment..so Im dealing with a broken collarbone and two ribs from a dirtbike accident had surgery on my shoulder six inch plate 11 screws...no pain meds..ok understandable but Ive been taking anxiety medication for my anxiety and panic attacks...well after getting me a advar inhaler I rarely use he just walked out... no by nice to meet ya nothing he just left so not really knowing what was going on I walked out to leave and asked one of the nurses if he was faxing my meds to my normal pharmacy Fred Meyer they said that he had faxed my antacids and albuterol and advair. I said ok I can understand no pain pills I guess even though I was in massive amounts of pain....but what about my anxiety medication? The nurse walked back talked to the dr came back out and told me DR Dominguiano will not prescribe any controlled substance to a patient who smokes medical marijuana occasionally to help with my pain and mainly my panic attacks..so I said well do I at least have the option to quit and give uas or something to prove it? And and she said yes,let me make sure with the dr and went and talked to him came back said no problem come back in a month I will put in a order for a UA you just drop it off and if theres no marijuana or other illegal drugs he would have no prob. So I did and then they say it takes about a week to screen it so I say ok by. Get a call a week later telling me hes not going to prescribe me my medication because there was alcohol in my urine! Im 39 years old!!!and was not ANY medication. So he basically lied to me flat out. Would not recomend going to this "DR" if thats what you wanna call him..!!!!

My mother and I have had Dr D for a little over a year. He has never taken any interest in our health. To this day he still does not even recognize us. He always says its nice to meet us.Im When we asked to file a formal complaint the police were called on us. Dr.D told my mother that he didnt have time to go over her problems, and she would have to come back another time. She was in for help with her blood pressure and was just sent away. The amount of bad experiences we have had with this doctor are endless. If your life is important to you then I would look for better care.

Went to see the Doctor and he seemed very preoccupied. Absolutely no eye contact whatsoever. He refused to listen to my suggestions or requests. There was no drug seeking on my part. Two months later I get a Medicare breakdown of the visit. All these vital signs they claimed to have taken.......none of them happened. Temperature, Blood pressure check, pulse, weight. Not one clinical skill was performed yet they were all listed on the medicare office visit outline. Over $900.00 paid to him via medicare. Poor medical care....almost dangerous. Go to the ER instead.

if you want to get billed for one visit every month for siix months and have yor insurance pay the same bill every month and have your insurance pay your L and I bill too this is the clinic for you. they will tell you to play phone and fax tag all over the country and after a while say its fixed then bill you next month and collect on your insurance and triple bill your friend too.,. major theft nationwide

I was new to the area and looking for a family physician. For my first appointment, I arrived early and sat in my car for 15 minutes. The receptionist said I was nearly 15 minutes late and checked with the doctor. He told her to have me reschedule. I never went back!

Dr. D is a wonderful physician. He believes in the health of his patients and treats everyone like his own family. He refers to other professionals when necessary and is excellent at coordinating care within the Belfair community.
