I followed my childrens pediatrician here and after she left I have had nothing but negative experiences. Long waits for nurse only appointments and chronic rescheduling on their part. The part that gets me irate is I tried to schedule an appointment for my son today and they informed me they no longer have a pediatrician and I need to find care elsewhere. I never received a letter or phone call about this, I wouldve established care elsewhere already. Once again well have to go to an urgent care because my childrens primary care provider did not tell us they could no longer provide care. Absolutely unprofessional.

I have been to many health care providers in my long life, but never to ones as good as Eastside Health Care. Nancy Armstrong is a fantastic and thorough provider, she is fast but does not sacrifice her patients health in the interest of time. The support staff is also very kind and always smiling and supportive and they are all assets to Eastside Health Care. I would recommend Eastside Health Care to my close Friends and Family and anyone who is looking for excellent health care.

Megan is very kind and attentive. She takes the time to listen to whats going on with me, and doesnt rush me out (like every other physician Ive had). The front desk ladies are great, always cheerful and helpful. The only thing I dont like is I can only talk about two symptoms per visit which I thought was odd. So, I just made a separate appointment for my non urgent issues. Ive never had to wait long for the doctor, and its usually easy to schedule appointments.

Nancy is a great listener... and compassionate healer... I appreciate her professional side as well her human side... Many health care provider do not know how to be both, professional and humanitarian, she does. She is so understanding and patience when I go there. Thanks to the whole staff and Nancy!!

They dropped Community Health Plan and now only take Molina. Additionally, they are getting rid of the patients by falsifying no call/no shows. Also, diagnosing without bloodwork, etc. I am glad I am no longer one of their patients.

According to my insurance Nancy Armstrong is my PCP but I tried to make an appointment today and they told me they werent taking new patients....not cool! Ill have to find somewhere else. :-(

Love Love Love Mindy Hudson. My girls feel very comfortable going to the doctors with her there. So glad we found her.
