I mean, the thing is, at this point I understand the realities of the health care system, so the incredibly long waiting times didnt surprise me as I waited in pain for the physician to finally see me. So Im actually willing to rate this without that being a factor. Heres where they lost the other four stars, though: 1. Four working receptionists: but two of them are carrying on a non-work-related conversation SO $#@&ING LOUD that the receptionist and I had to raise our voices LOUD enough to speak OVER those other two. and, yes, Im pretty sure the two who were gabbing raised THEIR voices in concert as we talked. 2. Despite specifically requesting a "medical excuse" note, I got home several hours later only to not be able to find the note anywhere in my paperwork, but... 3. I got put on hold another 10 minutes when I called to ask where it was, only to be told... 4. ...after 10 minutes I was told, (paraphrased with creative embellishment) "yeah, we screwed up your paperwork because were terrible at our jobs. So, your only choice is to come back, which we presume you have time for because we figure everyone screws around all day like we do." 5. When I told them I didnt have time to haul my ass all the way back to the clinic, I asked them if they could possibly scan and email me the paperwork. They said they couldnt because of "patient confidentiality," that they had to hand it to me. See, this is a "hilarious" example of "irony" because they decided to pick that one moment out of their entire working lives - the one time when it screws me over - to actually behave like professional medical practitioners. Shakespeare couldnt have written it better. Conclusion: So lets say that while this is a 1/5 stars, It really deserves a 100-scale so I could give them a 2/100. I have to give them credit as they didnt kill me while examining my very painful - yet non life-threatening - illness. Hey, we have to credit every little moment of competency we find in a sea of epic failure, right?

Ive gone in quite a few times for myself and both my kids. The wait time has always been great for us, the downfall is the service. Not only does the front desk not take you serious or care whats wrong but the doctors have yet to impress me. You go back quickly and the doctor sees you quickly. Ive had no information about what to do or what to expect when ill or kids are ill and out of the 15 plus years being here in the city have I been given any medications to help. They are very judgemental and show no care to your situation or worries. Last time I went in I had the same poor service, tonsils swollen shut, tonsillitis, couldnt eat nor drink, doctor said I was fine. I had to go to the er for proper medical attention and almost had to be admitted. Not only is my health important but I breastfeed and need to be healthy for my baby. I will never go back and I have warned many people about this place. I rather sit in er for hours getting proper care and waiting to leave or pay the crazy amounts for immediate care in Beaverton then go here. Terrible.

My husband went here a month ago for a throat sore and had a great interaction with the staff. He noted they were friendly and prompt. A few weeks after his visit, we received a phone call from their billing department regarding his delinquent bill in the amount of $389.00!!!! They billed his 20 minute urgent care visit as an emergency room visit! We contacted our insurance and they noted that Tuality urgent care just needed to update the form so they could bill properly, simple fix right? Nope! We have received a total of 3 calls from Tuality requesting the full amount. Weve tried over and over to let them know that this wasnt an emergency room visit and yet nothing has been fixed. We have also contacted our insurance to see how we can fix this, because as noted, it seems like a quick form fix, but Tuality has yet to fix the form. My husband had such a great experience here, so its really a bummer that this matter is still not resolved. From the looks of other reviews listed, we were not the only ones to get this billing surprise.

I went here today for flu like symptoms that had lasted over 2 weeks. Was a little apprehensive because of all the negative words and bad reviews, but it was close to my house so decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. I found the staff to be warm, friendly, and responsive to my needs. Christina, up front ,was great, appreciated my horrible sense of humor. The practitioner, think his name was Brad, was super helpful. I was done in 40 minutes. Insurance seemed to cover everything with a $20 copay, so cant speak to prices, but seemed normal. Very relaxed atmosphere, would go there again. EDIT: I just received a bill from Tuality Urgent Care in the amount of $349.50. My insurance covered $87.37 of that. Turns out, the URGENT CARE bills as a hospital stay. Even though my visit was less than 15 minutes, and I never saw a doctor, Im being billed as a Hospital stay. I should of respected the bad reviews.

Im sure the doctors here have some kind of medical degrees or else they would not treat patients. I have been here many times because it was one minute from home and Most of the time I have to wait for an average of one hour in the reception area and 30 minutes in the exam rooms. The worst wait time was over two hours for my son to been seen by a Doctor, who saw him two minutes to diagnose him not having a concussion because the school made him go there for the confusion protocol. His headache was gone by the time he saw a Doctor and went back to resume his normal activities after spending almost three hours there for a two minute chat and a lousy note for school. It was only $20 co-pay compares to $50 for the emergency room fifteen minutes away so I waste time and save money. Go here if you have time to waste so bring your electronic devices or a good book.

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a JOKE. They charge you $275 to tell you they dont know what you have, and tell you to leave. I went here with a simple issue, the doctor walks in, spends 30 seconds in the room, tells me she has no idea and go to the ER. I get to the ER and the first doctor takes 5 seconds and tells me what it is. I told her about the urgent care "doctor" having no clue and she was surprised, saying its an easy thing to diagnose. Here is the kicker, they still are trying to charge me the full amount. I called and offered to pay a less amount since they did NOTHING and did not provide a service of any kind (besides making me wait 45mins when there was only 1 person in front of me). They "reviewed" it and are telling me the doctor says it has to be the full charge. I told them to shove it where the sun doesnt shine. STAY AWAY.
