I honnestly loved this place when I took my daughter here, they were kind and I always felt that she was being well taken care of, however I ended up changing her doctor do to a paperwork issue. When I started going to Beaverton family medical off of cornell and 173rd I found out that Virginia Garcia was not as good as I thought they were. Not only is my daughters new doctor even more friendly and helpful they gave me a copy of my daughters shots. Which is when I found out that virginia Garcia had given my, at the time infant, daughter shots before she was supposed to get them! They did not warn me that they were giving her shots before she was supposed to have them, they just gave them to her and handed me the papers about them, which did not say anything about when she was supposed to have them. Im still not pleased and they should count themselves lucky that nothing bad happened to my daughter.

This was probably the worst experience with a clinic / doctors office that I have ever had. I was never seen by an actual doctor, and I was turned away without ever getting actual help. When I was seen, it was by someone completely incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. All they did was print me out a sheet of other people to call. And then the information on the sheet ended up being inaccurate, outdated and unhelpful. If you can, avoid this clinic. It is horrible. I left in tears. I really needed help that day, had an appointment, and I was treated like I meant nothing. I also have left several messages for the clinic manager, Kathy, with no return call. Avoid this place, please!

I have tried to get in touch with Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center several time by Phone and they never answer it. Its always some recorded music which cuts in and out and you never know if youve been disconnected or what. Im so disappointed that I cant contact anyone there. Its ridicules to be put on hold over and over again for 20 minutes or more at a time when they are open. This is not quality service or attention. Most people that use the clinic can not stay on hold of unlimited amounts of time.

I have been to this office twice both times I felt degraded n disrespected by the staff in fact I asked the "doctor" about a large mass I had in my upper abdomen and all he did was touch it look at me and tell me it was a tumor but wasnt cancerous I didnt know doctors had those kids of magical powers or whatever to know whats up just by touching something I will never again step foot into that disgraceful place you call a doctors office aint no doctors there they are all clueless

I have been going there every couple of years for a full physical & getting my labs......They are pretty great there.......!! I got a tetanus shot & also got the H1N1 also.........Very professional & very accurate....!! My Dr is very cool.....!!

All the staff are great. They desire the heath of their patients and work hard to provide quality care for anyone who walks in the door. It doesnt matter what language you speak or condition you have.
