I would caution anyone against this dentist. They are slow, unprofessional, and looking to make money at the expense of loyal customers. Here is my experience: I attended this dentist office for a visit in May of 2012. The service was so slow that after waiting nearly an hour for the dentist to get back to me, I left the office without completing my exam. As I left, they did not apologize for the slow service; it seemed to be par for the course for their office. Later, I disputed the fact that I should have to pay for the service because they did not complete my exam, since I left due to the extremely poor service. They sent my bill to a collections agency, and forced me to pay for the service lest my credit be compromised. I have never had this kind of service from anyone in the Bellevue area, and have never been treated so poorly during and after an exam. Ive never felt the need to write a negative review of a dental service, but this one was such a negative experience that I hope to help others by sharing my experience.

Recently, I broke off my front tooth by about 70% leaving an embarrassing stub of a tooth with a gaping opening in my smile, an affliction that I was not eager maintain for long. Fortunately, I found Dr. Hassan Chihab at Factoria Dentistry and they got me in right away for treatment. Dr. Chihab and his staff were very kind, and he did an amazing restoration of my tooth. It is now shaped exactly the way my original tooth was, and no one who knows me can determine which of my front teeth was restored and which is the natural tooth. Dr. Chihab is a very gifted dentist with aesthetic talent, and I’m very pleased to have found him. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Factoria Dentistry.

Two years ago, I had a tooth abscess on Christmas Eve. It had previously had a root canal and it was the worst possible pain I have ever experienced in my life. My dentist was out of town so I called around and got of hold of Dr. Chihab. Without knowing me, he met me at his office at midnight so he could numb me up a and get me on antibiotics. On Christmas morning, he met me again to numb me up and again Christmas night. On Thanksgiving of this year, the same tooth exploded on me. My dentist was again out of town, Dr. Chihab met me on Saturday and pulled the tooth. I cant say enough about the folks at Factoria Dentistry.

I fell and broke my tooth new years weekend. Dr. Chihab promptly responded to my call and got me in first thing in the morning. He was kind and caring the whole way through the hour and a half it took while he reconstructed a front tooth for me out of nothing. It ended up looking better than it did even before I broke it. His staff was more than helpful and made me feel as comfortable as possible in my awkward situation of being toothless. .

After I stopped being their patience I was charged with a fee for a supposed cancellation notice even after I showed them the cancellation emails i sent to them. The main reason I stopped being their patience is because ever since I started to go to their office I had more and more issue, which I didnt had before. Same for my wife and also some of my friends complained about it. We moved to another dentist and I could not be more happier.

Do not go to factoria dentistry that are a huge rip off. I went for an infection in my tooth the dentist took care of it but he was very rude and very impatient. I was told my insurance would cover this procedure but they did not and I never got a bill from them. So today I get someone serving me papers to pay a bill. I do not trust them at all and strongly suggested people choose a different dentist

I came into the office (practically running) with a swollen face from an infection in a root canal I had done at a previous dentist. A few things that stood out: 1. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY helpful and compassionate. 2. Dr. Chihab was incredible! Very professional and made me feel very welcome. I have recommended the office to multiple co workers.

Very impolite, careless, and would not return my phone calls when I was in pain. Replace a filling when he should have put in a crown. Now I have to pay for a crown. Would never recommend this dentist. Very scary and will not ever go there again.

Professional and welcoming staff. Made it easy to understand the procedure and easy to understand what I was paying for and what my insurance was covering. Scheduling was cake, and they were patient while I figured out my availability.

I was overcharged for shoddy work. Its only two weeks later and I need to find a new Dentist to redo the work that was supposed to be done at Factoria Dentistry. Pretty bummed about it.

Very friendly staff. They were able to work with my situation and even got me in on a Saturday. Dr. Chihab, thier dentist, was very concerned within ensuring my comfort at all times.
