**BEWARE** When starting the process for becoming a new patient they send you out a packet, this is normal however some of their packet information was a little beyond what I thought was the norm, such as contract style agreements for missed appts and insurance late pays becoming 100% your responsibility etc.. So I called and told them I was not going to make my appt. After the phone ringing for 30 seconds someone picks up and puts me on hold. After 4 minutes on hold I decide to hang up and called back a few minutes later. The person that answered demanded I take her off speaker phone, and also when I told her my wife and I would not be using them as our dentist the lady threw a fit (literally). She was already rude upon answering the phone but after hearing that we were not going to come in to our appt she became extremely rude and condescending. She vented at me for canceling and then hung up the phone as I started to respond. This is one place I would most definitly avoid at all costs! It is anything BUT CARING

I had outstanding professional experiences with the doctors and staff. I have been visiting the clinic since 2007.The doctors are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, so I always feel I am in good hands. They would provide different treatment options, and explain everything before every treatment, so I knew what treatments I would be getting into. For example, I had 2 traumatised teeth resulted from falling, they wouldnt recommend me to do implants or other unnecessary, more expensive treatments like other dentists, trying to maximize their profit. Instead, they recommended me to do root canals and crowns. I also found the dental assistants very patient, calm and confident which made me feel more relaxed when receiving a treatment. Also, the clinic is very clean and spacious, so I feel very welcomed the minute I walk into the clinic. I was also able to discuss my payment options. I would definitely recommend the doctors to anyone, especially if you have previously had a bad dental experience.

I am very disappointed with the Kind of Cavity filling being done on Myself and Unfortunately Same Doctor worked on My Wife who has even bad experience. Both of us called back to fix our cavity, pain plus Gum Sensitivity but with more sittings both of us got no improvement Interestingly we were asked to pay for follow-up visits which later when we protested was waived-off. I dont know its competency of doctor or lack of seriousness toward quality work. I would highly recommend to Avoid this clinic. One more case- Front desk is very pushy, arrogant where I specifically asked for second doctor to look at my problems and inspite of calling twice and stating that I need another doctor ...I landed up with same old doctor when I complained and doctor looked at my record they found written that I called and asked for another doctor...It wasted my 2 hours and I had to wait for another week to get another appointment.

The dentist and the staffs are very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and seems like they are doing a very good job on sterilization. They take their time explaining to me what I needed to be done but they are not pushy at all. You are informed honestly what are your options. I would definitely come back for my treatments because they are honest professional and really treat the patient as their top priority. I would recommend Caring Family Dentisry to anyone who is looking for a dentist

I personally didnt have any issues when I went in July 2010. I enjoyed my visit. I was happy that I was able to make an appointment the same week I wanted to go in. I just went in for a long overdue cleaning, including Xrays. The place was clean, and their equipment seemed up to date. They had digital photo x-ray machines. The hygienist was experienced and nice. The doctor seemed like a nice, professional man, too. There were a few families waiting in the lobby, so they seem to have pretty good business.

I have been going to Caring family Dentistry for many years now and I have been nothing but impressed. From the second I walk in I feel at home with the employees. They have always remembered me from past visits and ask about my family. My waiting time has never been more than a few minutes. The hygienist know what they are doing and in a timely manner. And the dentists are always pleasant. I recommend this dental office to all.

Best Dentist and Staff that one could get in N/W. Hygienist know what they are doing and they do really GOOD. Not afraid of going to Dentist anymore. I had Dentist in Mukilteo , Horrible experience. Dentist in Issaquah, another bad-bad experience. Good Job Caring Family Dentistry, Keep it UP.

They are threatening and completely rude. I do not recommend this place at all save yourself some time and sanity and stay away. If you cancel your appointment they go for lack of a better word, berserk at you!

Anyone who had a bad experience with the reception years ago, come back! The awful receptionist Mary-Corine has long been gone. Cheryl is great and now I dont mind going to the dentist.

The receptionist is extremely Impatient and the doctors r always on some types of leaves ,not a good place to go if u need extra cares.
