I was expecting the worst in $ and pain. Broke 2 upper teeth in front with no insurance, looked like a dental convict so checked out delta dental on Fri and got on an emergency plan a 1 year contract at the time sounded great, what are you going to do? but something i had to do. Lets get back to progressive, called on Fri afternoon and requested oh by the way i did some research. Dr Hayre was out on Monday but a partner would look at me Monday Morning. Went in and i thought this looks like snoqualmie lodge and a partner looked at me and dont worry youll be OK till next week. Here go went in every thing from the front desk to all the team worked like an ELGIN clock. im very afraid of the shot in the upper gums, Hats off to the woman who gave me the shots.... DID NOT FEEL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and Dr Hayre had 2 teeth in and matched perfect by noon and im being so serious felt nothing except the blanket they put over me because it was a little chilly. When i left i said to myself cant wait to go back for future problems. the fact progressive honers delta they gave me a big discount and delta will make some but anyhow tks delta and specially progressive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be very careful in visiting this dentist. After multiple phone calls and emails trying to get my AFLAC check from them and calling AFLAC as well as my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, I found out that this provider billed codes for more than what my Blue Cross Blue Shield covered. This allowed them to have exactly the amount left over to claim that they need to keep my AFLAC reimbursement for fees that I owed. This has not happened to me at any other dental offices or with this dentist before. I find it very coincidental that is my AFLAC reimbursement was the exact amount that "I owed" this office. I have tried reaching out and working with the billing department at this office multiple times but they were not interested in working with me and continuously told me that this is correct. I did not feel that I was heard when I made those phone calls so I wanted to share my experience on here. It was not communicated during my visit that my dentist was going to do anything that was beyond my coverage. Its a perfect set up for them. If your plan is to go in with your insurance and supplemental insurance, make sure you stay on top of your situation.

Always an outstanding experience when I visit Dr. Berrys office! I am not a huge fan of getting dental work done myself, but I ended up working in the dental field (how ironic) and I couldnt have picked a better general dentistry office! Kari and Jamie are always wonderful, both in the office and whenever I call to schedule appointments or am having some concerns. They are so efficient and get you in when you need to be seen. The clinical staff is great as well! Reanata and Kimi are amazing hygenists and Kyrie and Kelsey are awesome assistants! But no matter who you see they are all very in tune with patient needs, being very sensitive and careful, and have outstanding kindness and care for patients! Dr. Berry is incredibly personable and always takes such good care of my teeth. I tend to have pretty sensitive teeth, so I am VERY thankful for how much this office has taken care of my dental health and myself as a patient. I would recommend them to anyone I know for all dental work, I will be a patient here for many years to come! Thank you Dr. Berry & staff at Progressive Dental for being the best office around!

Honestly, probably the best dental office Ive ever been to. Not only is it the nicest with TVs in almost every room but they give you headphones with an option to either listen to your own music or they hook up a radio, on top of offering a nice comfy blanket so you can relax while getting your dental work done. Everyone there is very informative, from the bookkeeper, to the dental assistant, to the actual dentist. I fear every time I have to go to a dental office due to pain or having to pay a ton of money, but not if its at this place. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I was even quoted before getting any work done so I knew exactly how much would be coming out of my pocket. They also schedule at your convenience. I would refer anyone and everyone to this office.

I love seeing Hilary for my cleanings...she is very thorough and always pleasant to be around! I recently had some major restorative work completed by Dr Skibiel and his assistant Megan and they took excellent care of me. They work so well together...very in sink, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I have never had that much dental work completed without having post op pain and sensitivity for quite a while and after this appointment I had zero sensitivity...Im very impressed by how natural and nice it looks too! Dr Skibiel and Megan have a touch of EXCELLENCE in their work and I will be happy to see them again for any necessary treatment in the future. I always feel well cared for when Im there...Thank you Progressive Dental Group!!!

They have nice friendly staff. The doctor seems knowledgeable and professional. Also they do not push for unnecessary treatment. In contrast, they suggested not to do what another dentist prescribed. There are two differentiators for sure 1) The clinic is high tech. They print crowns on 3d printer in house, they have all properly set up electronic communications with clients.. 2) Terri is extremely helpful to figure out insurances and plans and coverages. Not only they check with insurance in advance what will be covered, they even can explain how prices work, what will cost how much and how the price will look like should I buy a different insurance.

We were new to the area and were recommended Dr. Skibiel and the Progressive Dental clinic by a friend. We have young children and wanted them to have a good experience at the dentist and they are perfect for us! Dr. Skibiel is kind, friendly and funny, and more importantly, an awesome dentist and the kids all adore him as do we. All of their hygienists are wonderful too, and we couldnt have asked for anything better. Terry, at the office, is a gem, who goes above and beyond to help explain about the fees and insurance coverage until were comfortable and understand it thoroughly. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful clinic!

Our family has been going to Progressive Dental Group since the year 2000, the Doctors and staff are professional yet at the same time make our visits very comfortable. We have been taking our grandson to Progressive Dental since he was two years old, the staff and doctors are very educated and compassionate when it comes to dental care for younger children. Our grandson looks forward to each visit knowing he will be able to dig through the "TREASURE BOX" at the end of his visit. If you are looking for a dental office I would highly recommend Progressive Dental to anyone young or older.

Were a family of four thats new to the Bothell area. We were lucky to find Progressive. Searching for a dentist office you feel comfortable with is stressful. Dr. Skibiel and Coco are the ones that work on my teeth and theyre awesome. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a dentist office. They make the experience easy and painless. Early morning appointments are another benefit for me but they are great people and that will make me continue to give them my business.
