I had my first appointment as a new patient at Mill Creek Dental this morning and I must say that I am very impressed! Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable. As a bit of a neat freak/germ-o-phobe I am always anxious about germs at the dentists office and I was very pleased to see that the office was kept very clean and I noticed staff members cleaning off the counters, reception desk, etc. while I was there which helped me to feel at ease. Additionally Dr. Chin and the staff members were all very gentle and thoroughly explained what they were seeing on the imagery and x-rays and what services they recommended in my treatment plan and why they were important. Finally, I was impressed with how timely and efficient the office is! I was able to get in and out on time in exactly the amount of time scheduled for my appointment with minimal downtime between my cleaning and seeing the dentist. In my past experience, it seems like I can never get in and out of the dentists office in a reasonable amount of time, so I really appreciated the smooth and efficient flow from reception to the initial consultation, then the cleaning, and finally through billing and scheduling. Great work Mill Creek Dental!

What a great atmosphere at Mill Creek Dental. Dr. Chin and her entire staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. Both my wife and I are very, very happy and satisfied with the treatment and service provided. We are so happy we found Dr. Chin to be our dentist. We both had initial dental exams that were completed with the utmost professionalism and care that one could hope for. I was so impressed with the technology used during the exams. Dr. Chin provided a super long range dental plan for me and recommended a well known dentist near our home for some more serious work that needed to be completed for my wife. Unfortunately, we both required deep cleaning treatments...never fun...but the performance of the hygienists was phenomenal and I can truly say they are two of the best that we have ever experienced. Again, we could not be more happy. We give our strongest possible recommendation for choosing Dr, Chin to be the dentist of choice for anyone looking for a dentist. She and her entire staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk personnel are superb at what they do.

As Advertised!! Went searching for a dentist to replace a crown that had fallen off. I have been needing to go anyway as it has been quite sometime since I went to a Dentist. Searched the internet for dental services in Mill Creek and came across quite a few. Went in by website to each one. To be honest, I went by pictures, lol. Dr. Chin looked so friendly and happy. So I read her story, checked out her staff and took the plunge. EXACTLY as advertised. I made an appointment and they got me in the next day. The office was clean, they greeted me immediately upon arrival with a smile and a welcome, I filled out the paperwork and waited less then 5 min before they escorted me to a room. Again, very nice, very clean, very orderly. the dental assistant was just as nice and friendly as the Dr. and the front desk. ( I hate going to dentist :), I am so glad I found this place. 5 STARS as far as Im concerned.

Dr Kavanaugh is the most experienced, kind and gentle dentist I have ever had. I am only writing this now because the review before me is unfair. Not only is he gentle in his technique, but he truly cares about his patients, enough so that he came into his office one saturday on my emergency call to ensure that I wasnt in pain until his office opened the following monday. I have had experiences with other DDS who have caused me to "shoot out of the chair" when they neglected to numb the nerve. Dr Kavanaugh always ensured I was relaxed, safely pain free while keeping me informed of all he was doing. My only regret is I now live so far away that to see him as a patient isnt possible. I encourage anyone with a painful dentistry past to go see Dr Kavanaugh. He is the best!

Clean Teeth are Great! I have not been to the dentist in a while, so I did some research and decided to give Mill Creek Dental a try. I can say after my 1st visit, every person I interacted with was very kind and welcoming. I particularly liked the fact that unlike past experiences, those working on my teeth were very knowledgeable and informative, and went out of their way to explain what and why they were doing what they were doing to my teeth. MCD did a thorough job and discovering my past dental history, this impressed me as I felt they were equipping themselves with the knowledge needed to better serve me now and in the future. Overall I feel like I had a positive experience and I look forward to future visits and the maintenance of my pearly whites :)

I recently started going to this dental office, and based on my years of experience with dental offices in Alaska, California, and here in Washington State, I would rate this office, the people, and Dr. Chin as exceptional. I was given an extremely thorough initial exam, Jen the hygienist was excellent and fun to be with, and I can tell from my second visit with them that they will not miss a thing when it comes to caring for my dental needs. The office is attractive, clean, and very comfortable, but to me, the caliber of the people, the service, and care they take is most important when it comes to choosing a dental office. These folks are at the top of the mark.

I came to Dr Chin with an emergency because I had extreme tooth pain. I am very fearful of dental procedures so was very anxious. The staff, especially Dr. Chin, was caring and worked with my anxiety. Dr. Chin was gentle and took the time to explain everything to me. I had to have a root canal and the staff worked to get me an appointment with another clinic to have that done the very same day. I already have appointments for other procedures with Dr. Chin. I feel like I have a "home" to get on top of my dental needs and health. Thank you to Dr. Chin and the staff.

Mill Creek Dental is a very professional with a very comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Everyone from the front reception to the dental hygienist to the dentist was very polite, receptive and just in general engaging. The office space is not huge, but very welcoming. Very put together as a professional dentist should be. The back area where the work is done, bright, clean and efficient. Definitely would recommend this dentist, Dr. Nikki Chin, and her staff to anyone who asks and this is coming from some one who has used the same dentist for over 30 yrs.

Best dentist visit Ever! This is, by far, the best dentist Ive ever been to. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the level of care provided really blew me away. Ive never had such a thorough exam and everyone provided relevant education and encouraged questions about how to keep my teeth healthy in between visits. Thank you for your care and dedication to healthy smiles :) I would recommend this dental practice to everyone - its worth the drive to Mill Creek!!!
