My experience with Dr. Del Rosario and his team has been nothing short of top quality customer service, excellent care, empathy, compassion, and above and beyond the call of duty. I am not the worlds best dentist patient. I do not enjoy the dentist and experience a bit of anxiety during appointments. The consequence of avoiding the dentist for a number of years on top of not always having health coverage, my teeth and gums were neglected and I had a number of cavities and gum disease. I randomly chose Dr. Del Rosarios office due to convenience of location. I really lucked out with my random decision being as how, despite my anxieties and reluctance, I Have had a wonderful experience so far with getting my teeth back to healthy shape. While still experiencing a bit of anxiety during appointments, I have received follow up calls from the Doctor himself checking in with me, and notes in the mail from my hygienist just to say hi and ask if there is anything she could do to help. This is personal care that is rare, reassuring, and helpful for anyone looking for a dentist. Whether a dentist visit is terrifying, bothersome, or enjoyable, this is a wonderful office to trust your care with. Beautiful atmosphere, clean space, friendly personnel, and personal experience is what you will receive every time you walk in. Impossible to imagine, but each time I have an appointment with Dr. Del Rosario and his team of hygienists, I look forward to going there as I know that from the moment I walk in the door, there will be a smiling face around every corner and they call me by name. I have found Dr. Del Rosario to be an honest dentist who does everything he can to minimize time spent in the chair as well as your dollars. His hygienists are the best of the best and have a true heart and passion for what they do. When my father was in town he had a problem with a tooth cracking and Dr. D. opened the office up on a Saturday just to take care of him - he wasnt even his patient but he took the time to let my dad know he was important. I would recommend this office to every person I know because I know they will be taken care of properly.

Dentist + Me = Anxiety, but for once in my adult life I can honestly say, this wasnt the case. The staff was great, the office has a warm vibe and Dr. Rosario was very assuring that my experience was going to be fine. I went in for a chipped tooth and after my initial check-up he buffed my tooth down and then gave me a synopsis of the work I would need. It was work I was well aware of, so no surprises there and we put an action plan together. I was lucky enough to get a cleaning on the spot with Quin and although apprehensive enough to ask for gas, I ultimately didnt need it. This was the best cleaning Ive ever had. She worked hard, that was my fault but not once did I feel any pain or discomfort. Its no wonder she is booked so far in advanced. This office may finally take my fear of the dentist away.

I showed up as a new patient after an urgent phone call on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth, a severe infection, and a sleepless night with mind numbing pain. After an appointment with dr. Del Rosario and staff, I went home with the needed medication and pain relief. An offer was made to refer me to another dentist that could help me immediately but because of the time they spent and the trust they immediately instilled, i decided to wait - 17 days for time when they could give me the oral sedation and treatment that I needed. It took a little more oral sedation than was expected, but what was so important to me, is that they listened and took time to get it right. I will finally make an appointment to get a complete review of what I need and am happy to have found a caring dentist and staff.

Love this dental office. Colin and his wife are very friendly and genuinely caring people and have done a great job with bringing on a great staff too! The people there are very friendly, organized, and are very attentive to making sure your needs are reached above and beyond. I love the online personal login through their website that allows you to check on appointments, manage your payments and track your history and Im sure lot of other cool things I do not know about. They also do a great job of following up and reminding you of your appointments via email without being an annoyance. I have been so thankful to find a great dentist.

I have been receiving dental care from Dr. Del Rosario and his professional staff for nine years. I am confident that I am receiving top-quality care from a high-performing team. It is apparent to me that Colin fosters a service-oriented environment across the board. Quynh has been working with Dr. Del Rosario for several years and I see her consistently for my scheduled cleanings. I appreciate Quynhs professional skill, hygiene guidance and the rapport weve built. The office is very conveniently located immediately off I-405 at NE 85th and Colins practice hours allow me to schedule convenient appointments.

Dr. Del Rosario and Diana ROCK!! My entire experience was amazing! From first glance at their website, to scheduling an appointment, to getting in to the dentist chair, the entire process was quick and flawless! Diana, my dental hygienist, was super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable even though I hadnt been to a dentist in 4 years!! Dr. Del Rosario was very friendly and ONLY cared about getting my gums back to a healthy state!! I have to go back in for more cleaning in December and this is the first time that I can say Im actually excited to get back in the dentist chair!

We are new to the area and I researched for a while to find a new dentist. I have had some great dentists in the past and some also not so great dentists; needless to say I am pretty critical. My first visit was great. The office is nice and up to date with all the new technology. My intro appointment was pretty long, but very thorough. I feel like they gave me some clear information on how to take better care of my teeth. The dental assistant was gentle and I did not have an achy mouth when I left. I am happy to have found them and would recommend them to other people.

Super great dentist! I found Dr. Del Rosario after searching Yelp for a dentist that would accept my new dental insurance. All the reviews were really good, and turned out to be very accurate! Dr. Del Rosario is really gentle and likeable, and doesnt give you too much grief about not flossing very often. His staff is uber-friendly and the office is nice and updated. They even give you "points" for every cleaning visit, and you can redeem them for replacement heads to your Sonicare toothbrush! I would absolutely recommend this great Eastside dentist!

Going to the dentist can be a pretty intimidating experience. With Colin Del Rosario and his staff, they make you feel welcome and completely comfortable.The staff and Dr. Del Rosario are very professional, especially when explaining the procedures that they will do, which is important as patients. They not only are thorough with their examinations but also personable. Their office is across the water from our residence, but it is worth the drive to receive excellent service from this office. I highly recommend this dentristy for all ages.
