The staff there is sweet and friendly but do not seem to know their job. Unprofessional and just not all together. The girl said she had lost my X-rays and needed to take them again. Then turns out, they were not lost, she did not know how to find them in their computer because another girl found them, this was after I was already in the chair. I asked them to email my receipt so the girl said she did not know how to use the machine, and that another girl who was out to lunch would do it. I never got my receipt. I told them over the phone that I was coming to get some dental work that was done checked because it was bothering me. Somehow that was not communicated to the dentist because, after I got there and they topically numbed me, dentist and girl were talking about a wisdom tooth they were going to pull. I was NOT in there to get my wisdom tooth out, instead I was there to get the work that was already done checked because it was bothering me ! Anyway, I decided to get a new dentist and they charged me money to have my medical records transferred. Other places are free. Other places, you do not get charged to change your dentist or doctor, but Here they MAKE YOU PAY for that too. Yes, you pay them if you want to leave them. Well, now I am waiting to find out if they will pay my new dentist to fix the dental work they did because its done wrong. They already took my money and my insurance company money so my new dentist cannot get paid to fix their mistake. I am not the type to sue anybody because its such a hassel, but if I were (I may get to that point), I could sue them for malpractice. Liked: Disliked:

Called around looking for a dental office that could make a mouth guard within 24 hours for my mother who needed it for surgery that next day. To protect her top pallet. Dr. Lee youngs Office was the only office that was able to get this done asap. Saved my mom from a lot of pain that she could have experienced if she did not have her mouth guard. Fast forward 1 year later. I had an absessed tooth that had gotten infected. Remembering the "Great" service Dr.lees Office provided to us a year earlier he was the first place I called. Got an appointment in the next day. I was very impressed with their professionalism & accommodating my schedule. Ive gotten a full reconstruction of my smile. Dr.Lee and his team are very knowledgeable and are such personable people and now I consider as friends. My family and I will continue to be their loyal patients. They have made my once mellow smile into a bright beautiful smile and I cant thank them enough. Procedures that I have had performed by Dr. Lees office are - [ ] Tooth implant - [ ] 8 months smiles with ceramic braces - [ ] Lumineers for my top teeth - [ ] Teeth whitening - [ ] Tooth extraction - [ ] Crown work - [ ] Many more that I cannot remember No matter how small or big the procedures are they are always making sure that I am comfortable and understand every procedure. I had a lot work to be done on my teeth. At first i thought of visiting several dental offices and compare, im glad i saved the time, and have zero regrets of choosing Bellevue Overlake Dentistry and Mr. Young Lee. Before the treatment plan, Dr. Lee skillfully looked into my mouth, we went through possible treatment options. One of the things which made me choose them is a program called Illumisure, which works best for people without insurance, like me; you get 20% off for paying cash. Mr. Lee will tell you exactly what needs to be done, and what can wait. (Unlike some clinics where enamel is scratched on purpose to keep you coming.) I had a very serious procedure at last visit: pulling out rotten roots, do a bone graft (minerals to build up bone material for the implant), and a crown on the next tooth - at the same time. Before the procedure i was asked the level of sedation i wish. Everything went quick, smooth and precise. I did not even have to take painkillers afterwards. So, no negative impressions you would expect from visiting a dentist, only positive. I am happy to get the 21st century quality materials for crowns and implants which will last for decades; and with the best possible implementation. Highly recommend Bellevue Overlake Dentistry and Dr. Young Lee to everyone.

I have been going to Bellevue Overlake Dental for the last couple of years and Im writing today to let everybody know how amazing Dr. Lee and his staff are! I had the most pleasant experience with this team and they go way over and beyond to make it as easy as possible for their patients. I always feel very welcome by seeing the front ladies smile. All the assistants in the back work so well with Dr. Lee to make sure everything is going as smoothly as possible for the patient. Dr. Lees work is outstanding. I have had a crown, Invisalign and whitening done with Dr. Lee and I am planning to get three more crowns. They have same day crown procedure so I didnt have to stay with a temporary crown for couple weeks like other offices. I have had very bad experiences with different dental work throughout my life and that caused me to not see a dentist for a long time until I found this office. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best! I would highly recommend to everyone.

Dr Lee is a very talented dentist. After trying to find a decent dentist for several years I was lucky and found Dr Lee and his office staff. No work in dentistry is fun but at least you can be comfortable why its being done and thats what Lee does. Hes precise, caring and ahead of the curve when it comes to using innovations in the field. Every time I come here he has a new tool to make the job easier. Ive found my dentist and I hope to not have to see him very often but when I do I know I will be taken care of. For reference I have had some very bad experiences of pain with other dentist that wouldnt listen to my needs. My nerves are not in normal places so trying to numb then is difficult, Lee worked with me to understand this and its made visits to a dentist go from a nightmare to something I dont mind. I went for my regular cleaning. Dont know if its common practice or not but it wasnt performed by dr. Lee. The girl was nice, but when she started the procedure I immediately felt that she is not confident in what shes doing. Water was often on my face. It also wasnt like cleaning tooth by tooth, she started in one place, then switched to another. Everything seems very chaotic. When she started to use some scraping tool, I asked her not to do this, because I was warried about my teeth. But as I said she was very nice and i didnt feel any need to argue on how to perform cleaning. However when I came home I didnt feel like my teeth are clean like usually after cleaning. On the inner side of my teeth there were some stains the same as before cleaning. Dont think I visit them again.
