There was never a worry in my mind going into my appointment with Hill Crest Dental. I arrived early like always. 20 mins later they brought me into the room. The Dental guy working on my teeth didnt ask me how i was and didnt ask me to tell him if i feel any pain. He looked as if he were in a horry to get done with my teeth. He treated me like i was nothing. My mouth was in pain the whole time he was checking my teeth. Then he started on my teeth and gave me no time to breath. Usually they have something to take out my water or spit. I was swallowing my spit. They started on my 2 front teeth. Without numbing my gum he put the needle right into my gum. Tears came from my eyes and ran down the side of my face!!! Then again! He slammed the needle again in the other side of my gum!!! Another group of tears running down my face. I was in Shock!!! What type of dentist doesent numb your gum before sticking it with a needle. Then i said you guys made me cry. He ingnored me like it didnt happen. Im 24 years old and have never had dental service like that!!! Then he didnt even wait until the numbing took effect. He started drilling on my 2 front teeth and i felt the worst sharp pain ive ever felt!! WOW!! Did you go to school to be a dentist? Then i told him i was in pain and felt that. He again ignored me and went back to working on my teeth. I wanted to leave right then! After that service i am now never in my life going back to that dentist office. The military had way better dentist service then that office by far. Im used to being told whats going to happen and the dentist and there asistants asking me if im okay. This place should be inspected and taken out of business!

This is by far the WORST dental office I have been to in the Seattle area. I came to this dentist after reading the reviews on here. I am not convinced that these are real reviews, as I am dumbfounded by the extremely high ratings. The only positives were the bathroom was clean, there was free internet in the waiting room, and the staff tried to be friendly. My husband and I had cleaning appointments at the exact same time this afternoon. Here is our experience:We were not called back until almost 30 minutes after our original appointment time. The dentist started the appointment by reviewing my x-rays. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. However, he was EXTREMELY rough when he worked on my teeth with a water pick and metal hand tools. It felt like he was ripping into my gums. My husband had the exact same experience as me. The woman in the appointment next to me kept saying “OW” loudly at the same point in her exam. For this reason alone, I would not go back. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth seemed like she was inexperienced. She fumbled over the equipment. My face was covered in water and paste by the end. I didn’t feel like my teeth were thoroughly cleaned when the appointment was over. I was definitely disappointed.Considering my husband and I had the same experiences in our separate appointments, I am convinced this was not an isolated incident. I am not normally a high maintenance patient or one to leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to alert others that are considering this as their dental office.

My family and I have gone to the Hillcrest Dental Clinic for more than 5 years. We trust and are confident in their dental services. Dr. Le and his staffs are very professional in clean appearances and well-done jobs. They are fast and ready to assist us for urgent dental services. One time, I had a terrible toothache. Dr. Le opened his clinic before his clinic bussiness hours to take care my toothache right away in that morning. My three and seven years old children are happy to go Dr. Les clinic. They are not afraid to stay in the exam room by themselves. Somehow, they also got an idea that their teeth need to be brushed regularly. This makes my life easier to clean up their teeth every day. Overall, I give this clinic an A+ based on their integrity and professional services.

My mom asked me to drop a feed back for her as she is not a computer savvy. The following is her experience. "Dr. Kevin is one of the best dentist I have ever seen. Before him, I went to 2 other dental offices, which could not fix my problem and I ended up suffering in pains for months. I found Dr. Kevin online and called them. I emailed them my x-rays and received a call from them in half an hour. They asked me to go there to see them. I went there and Dr. Kevin examined my teeth. He diagnosed all my problems and did his recommendations as well as sending me to an oral and implant surgery. He is highly knowledgeable and experience dentist. He spent an hour for me and did not even charged for that. He is a very good dentist with big heart. Nur from Federal Way "

Dr. Le is an amazing dentist. His work has always been perfect, and his bedside manner is unbelievable. No matter how bad your teeth are, they dont make you feel bad about yourself. They give you hope and make plans to make sure you get what you want. If you want a truly amazing dentist, Dr. Le is the one to go to. Dr. Le and his staff make sure that you are 110% comfortable at all times. Ive never been to a dentist office that is even close to how wonderful this place is. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Id give them way more with how nice, caring and great at their jobs the staff are. And I mean all of them. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Unable to get into my regular dentist, I found Hillcrest online and gave them a call. Even though I wasnt an existing patient, they got me in the same day and performed an emergency root canal. I was in such extreme pain and was very grateful for the wonderful staff and Dr. Le for making time for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Le was thorough and gentle, and explained everything as he was working. I felt confident and comfortable, and was very pleased with their work. Ill be switching to Hillcrest as my regular dentist as a result of this great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of routine or emergency dental care.

Worst experience at a dentist ever. Maybe this dentist does a good job with some things, but I cant imagine what it would be after the experience I had. He was VERY ROUGH giving me the shots. Didnt give a rip about my comfort. I should have gotten up and left at that point. He pulled a tooth and it was horrible. Very traumatic. Throughout the entire procedure, he NEVER ONCE SHOWED AN OUNCE OF CARE OR CONCERN FOR MY PAIN, DISCOMFORT OR NERVOUSNESS. I left there shaking and crying. I was an absolute wreck. After going to the dentist for over 40 years, this wins the prize for worst--hands down.
