I saw Craig 4 times in two years. I had a lesion on my right cheek, which he froze twice. It returned right away both times. I kept asking him about it and he said not to worry. I wanted a biopsy, but he said it was unnecessary. A year later, I see a dermatologist in Arizona. He does a biopsy, which shows it is cancer. I have it removed using the MOHS process and now have a horrendous scar on my cheek, which I am unable to cover. I am thinking of suing. My Dr here said Craig should have done a biopsy right away. I am disfigured forever.

I had 2 appointments with Doctor Craig Baugher. Hes exactly what a person would want in a doctor for this type of thing. He was friendly, discreet, comforting, thorough yet quick, and very informative. As a dude who is completely new and foreign to anything dermatology related, this was a fantastic first experience. Cant thank him enough, and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Great job, gang!

Craig Baugher and the entire staff at North Sound Dermatology were fantastic. Mr. Baugher took the time to listen to my concerns and performed a thorough examination. He answered all of my questions and explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. He was personable and on time, which I also appreciated.
