I have been to North Pacific Dermatology atleast thrice to see Dr. Nobu Kageyama. I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone. In fact, run away. Each time my experience was less than satisfactory. Probably the only positive thing I can say is reception is polite and quick to schedule. Dr. Kageyama appears distracted and in a hurry in every appointment. He is quick to rush into an invasive procedure (such as a biopsy or surgery) without evaluating if it is needed. Beware you may be left with a scar for life! He gave poor guidance on taking care of surgery wound for appropriate healing and didnt appropriate monitor healing. Highly disappointing! His seems like a factory. I would never go here again and would certainly never let a friend go here either. Do yourself a favor, and find a better dermatologist.

I am very impressed with the cheerful atmosphere at the clinic. The Office Manager was very helpful in scheduling a much needed urgent surgery for my son before he leaves for college in Bellingham. My son called shortly after to report that he is healing well and was very happy with the surgery as the boil on his skull is hardly noticeable now. He also wants me to call Dr. Kageyama to say thanks as he tried to reach the office during lunch hours and did not want to just leave a message. Since then, I have recommended Dr. Kageyama to a lot of my friends who are in need of any skin care advice. WK, Bellevue, Washington

I had been going here for a few years off and on, never for anything particularly serious. I hated it. The front office staff always acts as if they have anything better to do than to help you, especially on the phone. While my provider (Gina) was never unfriendly, she was also never particularly attentive and seemed rushed, even during their first appointment of the day. They had me schedule unnecessary follow up visits and when I arrived, they didnt even remember what they were following up on. Find yourself another office and Im sure youll be much happier.

I have been coming over from Seattle to see Dr. Kageyama for the past 8 years. I find him attentive and very thorough. I have significant skin damage from growing up in the Midwest. I have appointments every six months. I have had various types of treatments and surgery and all have been performed with the utmost care, concern, and professionalism. I cannot imagine a better experience.

The whole visit was great from start to finish. It was one of my few experiences where the doctor was right of time. The receptionist was really nice as well as the rest of the staff. Dr Kageyama was very attentive and thorough. Overall a great experience.
