Margaret Nonato is fabulous. She has done laser treatments on my hands and arms to remove the dark spots. She is incredibly caring and professional and thorough. I love her! The treatment is simple and results are dramatic. I have had Dr Geiss do MOHs treatment on my forehead with Kyle suturing after, and no one can tell I had surgery at all there. Dt Geiss also fixed my pierced ears, closing the elongated holes up so I could have them redone. He is gentle and attentive and very skilled. Dr. Mraz has treated my varicose veins to remove the unsightly bumps and ease the pain in them. She, too, is caring and professional. SDA is a stand-up operation. Ive gone there for probably ten years. You wont find a better practice.

Somehow I consider that the comments have been written by relatives or employees of this business. They must learn to treat their customers. The way they treated me during the procedure there was absolutely like working on a piece of wood, angry ladies, even when I call there to pay part of my debt, the lack of customer care training is enormous. May be everything comes down from management. Please learn from feedbacks, do you think that I would write this if I were treated the right way? Instead of writing over my feedback, try to have the assistance from a good customer training expert and learn from your mistakes. This is a great tool to get better.

Ive had nothing but the best care. Dr. Mraz, Dr. Foo and Meghan Kennedy, PAC, are all wonderful through my experience. The office staff have treated me very well and made me feel important. Check them out. I highly recommend Solano Derm!
