My husband had a simple procedure on his face a few months ago. We have double medical coverage and never pay anything out of pocket for any treatments including colon cancer surgery, chemotherapy etc. With Dr. Levys billing office we went through the billing hell. They charged almost $6000 for a lump removal done in the doctors office and allegedly claimed for surgical facility fee, instrument usage fee and every possible fee that they could come up with. Both insurances neatly paid the huge chunk of the bill but Dr. Levy and his crew are still coming after us with no valid explanation as to what they are charging us with or the amounts that do not make any sense. Whatever calculation you do, you cannot figure out the right amount due though none is due. They are sending completely different bills to insurances and us. I am so sick and tired of them and I am giving them the worst possible reviews ever. It is a huge F-. Please, never go to Dr. Levy if you want to avoid stress, greediness and anguish. There are many other fantastic doctors with capable front desk and billing people.

Not a good experience from a PA who obviously doesnt have ample clinical skills in assessment, and is a poor listener at best, therefore clinical diagnosing is a hit and a miss, this time a miss, to 2 young aides/ techs who stood across the exam room giggling when I removed my blouse and bra to show the PA-C the rash. ( Ive had a mastectomy). I received less than mediocre Tx. from this group. I continue with an unmerciful rash and even more unmerciful itch. Called the office after hours..........to no avail. Am told, via a recorded voice, to leave a "Text" message or send an "e-Mail". Not what you want to hear when you are in the condition I am in. Im awake for the 5th night, itching, guess they are sleeping. I diagnosed myself with an outbreak / infestation of "Scabies". A retired nurse of 44 years, full time, I think my guess at a diagnoses is correct, now for treatment...............???? Too bad the public has to pay for this kind of less than mediocre,"Treatment!" AND continue to suffer.

I had nothing but the best medical care and attentive staff on my visits. Dr. Levy is meticulous and thorough. He helped analyze some skin issues I was having after receiving sunburns in my youth, and helped me and my son with acne issues. Dr. Levy is practicing at an artisan level, and my family and I know we can depend on his practice for any dermatology issues we may have.

This "doctor" was absolutely disgusting in the way he spoke to me while I was visiting his practice with my Partner. My partner had some skin cancer concern spots checked, and within 2 minutes of the doctor being in the room.....I had to excuse myself. If you want to be respected by a "Professional"...then I do not reccommend that you visit this practice. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Dr. Levy did an excellent job with treating my keloid scars. He knows whats hes doing and will tell you what to do for aftercare. He will recommend follow up appointment if he thinks you need more treatment for your skin condition. He was very professional with dealing with me and I received nothing but excellent care from him and his staffs.

If you are using an HMO aka AARP or others, you will have to ASK them if they take it. They take medicare, but they do not specify when you call which HMOs they do not take. For me it was wasted time, I had cancelled another appointment to get into see their PA. Now I have to wait another week for someone to see mole that is weeping.

After over five years of suffering, i met Dr levy who cured my skin disorder. I had seen numerous other dermatologists without any relief from bleeding sores and scarring. Within one week I had significant improvement. He has earned my highest respect.

The billing department is very rude. Everytime I call to make a payment they hang up on me. They are not nice at all and need to learn Customer Service.
