Susan Duffy was efficient, well-educated, and compassionate towards my wants and needs. I didnt have to wait after filling out the initial paperwork nor did I have to wait in a closed room for half an hour. She was ready at my appointment time and made sure I was completely informed about the procedure I elected to do. I wouldnt go anywhere else or send my family anywhere else. Thanks again!

This group neglected to inform me that my insurance was not accepted until I found the bill in the mail. I was even told by the receptionist that my insurance was compatible while it actually wasnt. When I did see the doctor, I was only referred elsewhere. Northwest Skin Specialists was an expensive waste of time.

I felt out of place here, it is a little too fancy for my tastes. I feel like this is a place to go to get Botox or some other elective treatment. Grabowski has a professional demeanor and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Ive been seeing Dr. Grabowski for about 10 years for my annual skin checks. He and his office staff are very professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
