Severely disappointing experience. Zero stars was not an option... Long wait on hold, rude medical assistant on the phone, and no doctors at the office. I am an existing client of Cascade, but not after today. I called in my prescription to the pharmacy. Pharmacy said I had to call the doctor. I called the office. Long wait on hold. No doctors in the office today, none available at the other office, either. Then a very condescending "medical assistant" named Khemise kept explaining how, "mam..mam" it is "against policy" to get me the prescription for my re-occuring condition, listed on my chart, which I was seen for last October and need a prescription for from time to time. While the condition is acute, right now, the soonest they could see me was after the condition will have cleared. I had a visit in October relaying all my health conditions, expecting to get quality medical care at the time of sickness. To be treated with rude contempt by Khemise and to not get the help I need as a patient is disappointing. No remorse or attempt to fix the challenge on Cascades end, so I have no remorse letting everyone know the lack of care Cascade provides. I have no remorse spending my hard- earned medical dollars elsewhere. I strongly recommend AGAINST using Cascade Eye and Skin Center if you want care when you need it.

Condescending doctors at the Auburn office. Saw 2 female doctors and they were both treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about my male specific problem. There was unfortunately no male doctors at that office. Was hoping to get prescription medication, both doctors denied me. My main issue was how they treated me and made me feel. Also wasnt a fan of their policy that the nurse is allowed to be inside with me and the doctor even though I had asked for privacy. They didnt give the privacy I had asked for and had to continue talking to the doctor about an already difficult issue in front of the "nurse". I do not care if they are a nurse or not, If a patient wants privacy...then you give it to them. Do not recommend. Id give 0 star if I could. Decided to never return and went to South Lake Clinic in Covington instead. The male doctor I saw immediately agreed that I needed medication and gave it to me hassle free. Been going there ever since

My doctor was great, but I was a little put out when she gave me a bad time for not being there months earlier for a timely check up when it was really her staff that called me and changed my appointment cause the doctor was going to be out of the office. This happened more than once, and then it is always months before you can get back in for another appointment. I had a really bad time with the girl who was re-scheduling me because she said that she had been trying to reach me for months and that I must have changed my number. I told her it has always been the same number that they have had for a couple of years now. She was rude, and not very helpful. I changed doctors and had all my records moved to another outside office. I have since then received cards telling me I needed to call for an appointment soon. They didnt even remember me coming in and giving them a form for the doctor to sign and have my records sent elsewhere.

My Entire experience Was Grrrreat. from the swiftness of the receptionist to the attitude of all the Ladys i interacted with. Such as Ana, who did her best to keep everything lighthearted and easy to understand for me.Now Dr.L. Townsend She is Awesome, It felt like we knew each other for years and she treated me with care and Compassion and genuine concern for my health and well being and Not like just some medical subject , if i could i would easily give her 10 Stars. I dont know why I bothered to have an appointment with them. The doctor came in the room and dismissed my complaints with, "Oh well, its common for older people to get that kind of thing." My general practice doctor told me the same thing for a lot less trouble and money.

These guys are awesome! Had an issue with my hand. Went to an Urgent Care Clinic, they couldnt do anything. Found Cascade - they fixed my problem for less than Urgent Care charged just for the consultation! Highly recommended!

Terrible service, unfriendly and inept doctors, and a waiting list for some unknown reason. No wonder insurance rates are through the roof. This place is an absolute joke!
