The doctors here are wonderful, however the front desk can be a bit challenging. Upon check in at the federal way office it is quite apparent that 75% of the workers there dislike their job, and are very rude. I have set two appointments in the federal way location, but when i check in, they were made in the gig harbor office "because that was closer to me" is what i was told. Arriving at one of the appointments in federal way, being told my childs appointment was in gig harbor, i explained that was not correct as i work close to federal way. Because i didnt go to gig harbor I was placed on the "same day list" meaning the ability to make an appointment was taken away for my family....but they were more than happy to see my son via appointment...which they messed up and scheduled in gig harbor as well. I have called twice with my insurance information, yet one visit has yet to be billed! Due to the communication issues that seem to never get resolved, i will be taking my children to another provider.

I am so pleased every time I go to the doctors office with my children. Everyone is so nice and fairly prompt , which is a necessity for children. Today the allergists medical assistant administered an innoculation to my daughter for her various allergies. The MA was wearing gloves and used proper sterile techniques, something I look for in every clinic/office I go to. Also my childs pediatrician dr. Mendoza practice is here and he is totally fantastic! Not to mention a strong Christian family man.

A Private User

This office is easy to access, there is always a doctor or a nurse available. We have been at this office for five years with four different kids and have never had a problem with scheduling, availability, billing to insurance. Each one of the doctors are very friendly and knowledgable, as well as the nurses and office staff. We never have to wait long after our appointment time, either. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Taxier is so amazing. She is gentle and caring every time I bring my kids in. She truly cares, and I always feel like my kids were actually taken care of and listened to when we leave. Five stars!

I highly recommend John M. Apostol. Takes time with his patients. Super friendly and gentle with children. The staff is very nice as well. One of the best pediatrician offices ever been to.
