Looking for a new Primary Care Pediatrician for my daughter since our old one isnt in our health care plan anymore. Arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. Didnt see Dr Hineline until an hour later. Our daughter has anxiety/panic issues and an eating disorder, plus an injured knee from her school team activities. Our daughter was weighed only (requirement for insurance reimbursement). No other vitals were taken. Dr Hineline appeared to be rushed. She asked no questions of our daughter nor did she attempt to address any of the concerns we went in for. All she did was give a referral for an orthopedic surgeon. This was our first and last visit. I do not recommend Southwest Pediatrics.

The front desk staff is very impatient, short, and unprofessional. We have been seeing Dr. Elahi for 7 years and he is truly caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his front desk staff doesnt meet the same level of service and passion.

I called the clinic to make an appointment for my sick child.the experience with the lady receptionist lacked customer service.these happened on 6/3/2016 @ 9:15.yelled &disconnected me.

Dr. Elahi is very good with children. He takes time to examine patients and answer questions. He also gives baby care tips. I would not want to take my child to anyone else.
