No good! They refused to give my daughter a referral for a condition that she and her twin brother both had. We had to take my son here twice for them to finally recognize his condition and reluctantly give him a referral. They even said "Youre not gonna win on this one." After seeing another dr, at another clinic, he gave my daughter a referral to see the same specialist who my son was seeing. My daughter was later checked and diagnosed with the same condition, and we had to start her treatment late because of the delay caused by their stubborn, prideful, overconfident attitude. If you think your baby will never need any professional medical consultation or attention, go here, just know that they will not recognize any conditions, and will refuse to listen if you identify the condition yourself. They will not treat their condition, nor will they refer you to someone who will.

Took my daughter to be seen at this office, and there were two ladies that worked at the check in desk downstairs that had the worst customer service ever! I wish I would of got there names but they looked relatively in there 30s or 40s. Anyways, we were a little late to our appointment due to traffic and my phone had died. I have been to this location previously before and her doctor was great!!! But unfortunately he just retired... The customer service was HORRIBLE.. These two ladies were so rude to me never once smiled or said hello. I even said "thank you, have a good day" right before we left and they just turned there heads towards each other and started whispering. We will not be coming back to this place again! They were not friendly and or professional..

Dr Pollard Is seriously the S**t. We have been seeing him for two years now and he always takes time to fully address any concerns we have and has given us parenting advice that nearly always works. The receptionists are kinda super rude so one star gone but the MAs and the DRs make you feel like they care and that you arent just being silly or paranoid. I have taken my child to two other pediatricians because of relocation but we always end up going back to see DR Pollard and hope that he will hold off retirement to continue being our current and any subsequent chidrens dr through adulthood. Wishful thinking but a parent can dream! :)

My kids have been coming to the place for over 15 years and know i am taking them somewhere else. Every time i go to this office you sit in the back room waiting to be seen for over 20 minutes and you are supposed to be ok with that but, if you drop off a 12 simple answer form to be filled out you have to wait for 48 hours for it to be filled out. That seems to be ridiculous to me. I have to pay for my insurance and i can choose were my children will be seen and if it takes you that long to fill out a simple paper then you dont need my bussiness because you are too busy for my children.

Have been taking my children to see Dr. Pollard for 14+ years. Have always appreciated his expertise and directness. The office/front desk staff use to be amazing, but in the last few years I have truly experienced abysmal customer service. I can never get through on the phones, the receptionist has no idea how to handle the phones and customers in front of her and my sons paperwork that was supposedly mailed was never to be seen again. We will return because of the back office, but they really need to retrain or replace the front office and office management.

Everyone here from the front desk up to the doctors are all great to the kids. Our previous doctor seemed too busy to take the time to explain everything that I wanted to know about. He would always send in a nurse to talk and answer our questions. Dr. Pollard is the complete opposite! We have had the chance to see Dr. Russell too when Dr. Pollard wasnt available and he seemed just as kind and concerned.

I am having issues getting a hold of anyone during work hours to answer the phone. I left a message and also have called so many times but it seems like they are rather have people leave a message than answer the phone. Still waiting for a call back. I also think when I first called the receptionist hung up on me and then she wont pick up anytime after I kept calling back.

Worst place ever. Stay away from anything multicare.Lazy and worthless employees that lie and dont want to do there jobs. They will bounce you from one place to the next to take your money and at the end u get absolutely no help. Shame on you multicare.I will never ever use any facilities with your name or even associated with your company.

My daughter got a real bad case of the flu this past winter - to the point that she missed nearly a week of school! We took her to Evergreen Childrens Hospital and they were able to prescribe some medicine for her. These guys are great with kids and they know how to solve any unhealthy dilemma.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Pollard. He is wonderful. He is the only reason we keep coming to the clinic. Calling in is getting harder since they changed owners, but the providers are still the same & still wonderful.
