I have been to many dentists in my day but Smiles Dental is by far the best. Their friendly attitude, welcoming atmosphere and overall professionalism is what sets them apart from the rest. Even though I am typically seen by one of the many Hygienists, every staff member knows my name and is accommodating as soon as I step in the door. Dr. Weber is very personable and inspires confidence and a true sense of caring. The entire team has a synergy that I wish I had with my own staff members. Aside from getting great customer service and invaluable care, it is the small things for me that I notice. The office is well organized, spotless, I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and the team is dressed very professionally vs. the stereotypical light blue scrubs. I feel I have chosen the Neiman Marcus of dentists. Not only am I a satisfied patient of Smiles Dental but five other members of our corporate staff are as well. Thank you Dr. Weber and team. Very well done.

We were very disappointed with our experience at Smiles Dental in Gig Harbor. My daughter has a health condition that impacts her teeth. The dentist and dental hygienist were both condescending and assumed that she just didnt take care of herself. We would have appreciated some advice on products that can help maintain good oral health with these complications, instead of their assumptions and judgement. Its not always easy going to the dentist when you have health conditions that impact your teeth, a little consideration and compassion goes a long way. We will not be going back to Smiles Dental in Gig Harbor.

Dr. Weber carefully explained what he was doing and sought optimal treatment while correcting problems caused by previous dentists. Great experience. Replacement bridge went very well, timely and painless. The team was excellent in caring for my comfort and did a wonderful job explaining each step of the process. The new dentist is excellent and offered several options as well as took the extra time to make sure the difficult fit of the new bridge was perfect and I was completely happy with the job. My husband was the patient and found the staff and dentist to be friendly, attentive and professional. His three procedures (checkup, cleaning and a filling) were comfortable and not expensive. The staff knew his insurance plan and fully explained the charges for service. Have already recommended this clinic to relatives.
