Once again, I had a great service from my dental office. Dr. Ianelli got me all fixed up in no pain. :-) Ive been going to Dr. Kerrs practice since 2011. I used to change my dental appointment a few times so I could delay the visit as much as I can. I dont think anyone is looking forward to seeing a dentist but now I actually look forward to the next appointment. At the end of my appointment I say " Can I make the next appointment before I leave?" haha.. They are very professional and provide excellent care. A small talk with the ladies at the front and serious procedure talk with the doctor, they all will make you feel comfortable and ready to get treated. They will never make you feel like you are just a patient. The practice is well equipped with the high technology gadgets (OMG, I felt a sleep on that msg chair before) but do not think They are going to charge you high dollars. Not only they provides high quality services but also look out for the patients financial benefit as well. There were changes from my insurance policy but they made sure my teeth were taken care of without the extra cost. When I asked to replace my warn out retainer and old mouth piece, Dr. Kerr told me to keep using it instead of getting a new one because it still has more life left. I trust my doc! Im lucky to find the awesome place with the excellent care and great staff. I shall return next year for my spring check up. :-)

I needed to replace a crown, so it was a trip to the dentist for me. I usually don’t have a lot of glowing things to say about a trip to the dentist; but this was a new and pleasant experience. It was really nice to be able to replace a crown in just ONE visit. He removed my old crown and then used a small pen style camera to take pictures of all the teeth in my mouth. Then, a computer designs a new crown based on the pictures. After the crown was designed, he showed me the crown, how the bite would be, how it would match the upper teeth it would mesh with and how much contact it would make. He did this all at chair side with me looking on. The tooth (crown) is then milled/cut out of a new super material that looks just like your real teeth by a computer operated milling machine to exact specifications. The process of milling/cutting, and then baking the new crown took about 45 minutes, so I watched The Five on FOX News while I waited. When the crown was ready, it took about 5 minutes to cement it in my mouth and I was done. Perfect fit. From the time I walked into the office, it was all about me; everyone was friendly and helpful showing genuine concern for my comfort. Amazing people skills with all the latest technology…glad Sherry and I found them.

Dr. Kerr was recommended as a qualified professional by a friend who works in the dental field. Dr. Kerr is decidedly the best dentist Ive encountered. His work is impeccable. He is extremely thorough and does NOT recommend work that is unneeded. I appreciate the time Dr. Kerr takes to explain procedures. He listens to concerns, shares his ideas, and then recommends several courses of action. This was accomplished recently as new crowns were made for my front teeth. In the same appointment as my old crowns were removed, new ones were designed using cutting edge technology. I walked out of the office with my front teeth in place! Needless to say, Ive been exceedingly pleased with the results. The new crowns fit my mouth much better than former ones (both in size and color). In addition, Dr. Kerrs hygienists provide outstanding work. Ive not had such thorough cleanings in former dental offices. Also appreciated are Dr. Kerrs fairly priced dental rates. Without a doubt, Dr. Kerr is an exceptional dental professional.

I recently went into Brian Kerr Dentistry to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. As soon as I entered I was welcomed by the ladies at the front desk. In the days before my appointment they contacted me to ask if I had questions and to confirm all information. I went feeling very confident. Dr. Whitney Berens was the dentist that did the extracting. I chose to remain awake for the procedure and she and her dental assistant were very gentle and kind during the process. They both were eager to make the experience as pleasant as possible and would regularly ask how I was doing. Dr. Berens would communicate throughout the procedure which helped calm my nerves. The facilities were extremely nice and very clean. Every person I that I met was very kind. I will definitely return to Brian Kerr Dentistry again and would recommend them to all.

When I moved to Steilacoom, I needed to find a new dentist. I was with my former dentist for over twenty years and thought he was the very best! I was perfectly happy with my dental care. My first trip to Dr. Kerr and Iannielli was a shocker -- they are incredible. Very professional and personable. They take the time to educated and care for their patients while making you feel as comfortable as possible. I have truly found the BEST dental practice and look forward to being their patient for at least the next 20 years. My husband, who has been terrified of dentist since he was a child, is now a very happy patient, too! The entire staff is customer focused and their follow-up is impeccable.

Dr Kerr has been my Dentist for the past ten years. He is by far the best Dentist Ive had. I have worked in the dental field for 20 years and of all the Dentists I have worked for, he does some of the best Dentistry I have ever seen. He is conservative when needed and I appreciate that. He and his staff truly care about you and your dental experience. His staff makes you feel like family and often go out of their way to care for you. This office brings the extra special touch to each of my dental visits. I cannot say enough great things about them. I have referred over 20 people to their office and I will refer many more.

I grew up terrified of dentists, and when I came to this office, I was in pain, scared, and tired of searching. From day one the staff has always taken the time to talk to me, and Dr. Ianielli has been exceedingly patient and gentle. After being at this office for nearly two years, I can honestly say that theyve reversed 24 years of dental terror, and I actually trust my dentist. I couldnt recommend a better place to have your teeth taken care of, especially if youve suffered from previous experiences. These guys really care.

A quick trip in to replace an old filling. All around a good experience. All the staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. Six months later, another cleaning and great interaction with staff. Its great to see a staff that is so professional and personable at the same time. I had a crown pop off while away on vacation and they got me in the day after I returned home. They cleaned everything up and put it back in place no problems. Dr. White did a great job of letting me know what was going on and what he recommended.
