If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place is a complete joke when it comes to healthcare. Its a total joke to try and get refills that have run out, its taken over a month at times to get them to refill. The practitioners treat you like you are not important, and even the MDs will not give prescriptions for antidepressants. I was hospitalized last year for severe asthma for one week, when I went to kelso clinic a few months later to get inhaler I was told by Christina Ung that I did not have severe asthma, I was exaggerated and would not give me inhaler, fortunately my mother in law had a spare one. This clinic needs to replace the incompetent staff and get medical professionals that care about helping people.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. The hate and bigotry is uncanny. The providers are under achievers instead of trying to get someone in trouble try helping someone Mr Medical Director. He will waste your pharmacys time going through each medication one by one even when the pharmacy tells him the patient is in compliance. DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is unprofessional and it should not be in business

Call at 8am.. trying to get an appointment. Kept getting a busy signal for ten minutes. Finally get through. But end up on hold even longer. Only to not get an appointment because I should have called earlier. And my experience with the "doctor(s)" there is less favorable. Theyre more than happy to print out 10+ papers on things you could do. Other than actually doing anything about why youre there.

The so-called doctors and providers here couldnt care less how your continued health is. I have to BEG for thyroid meds EVERY month and they let me run out for a week or more more often than not! Also their billing practices are a rip off! Medicare is getting fed up with Family Health Center!!

what to say about this place, is this really for medical care? I compare this to calling customer service for internet and getting someone from korea who has no idea what they are doing and you have no idea what they are saying, All for just nothing to happen and you still have to pay the bill.

I havent had too much of a problem here. Except for you begin to like your provider and they end up going elsewhere. A couple of times Ive had prescription lag, but they usually clear it up when I call.
