Dr. Nagra is awesome! Best vet my cat has ever been to! I actually walked out of the vet across the street "Value Pet Clinic" as I did not feel Q-Tip was getting the attention he needed. Q-Tip had a lump on his hip....the doc just wanted to biopsy it and have us come back in a week and she was out the door and an assistant came in. I said hey wait I have questions for the doc. Too bad...the doc was on to the next patient! I walked out and noticed the sign across the street. Went in and asked if they could see Q-tip without an appointment and the assistant was really nice and said sure bring him in. Dr. Nagra took a look at the lump and said that it needed to be surgically removed NOW so it would not spread if it was cancer. He also cleaned Q-Tips teeth at the same time so we would not have to bring him back and have him under anesthesia a second time. The lump came back cancerous and Dr. Nagra said he believes he got everything out. Were taking him in to have his stitches removed and a hip x ray to make sure it hasnt spread to the hip later this week. In any case very comfortable knowing Q-tips is in excellent hands and we have a knowledgeable doctor who genuinely loves his patients! Everything Dr. Nagra did for Q-tip was reasonable in price and the value of knowing I can fully trust Dr. Nagra to do whats best for my little guy is priceless! So glad to have found him!

Yesterday, I found that my 8 month old puppy had somehow gotten a box of tissue off the kitchen table and tore it up. Unknown to me, my prior visitors had left a box of prescription medicine inside that tissue box which my puppy had also torn up. I grabbed the pieces of the medicine contents I could find, grabbed my puppy and sped to the nearest Vet office which was "A Pet Clinic of Kent". I ran in the door shouting to an empty room that I had an emergency. A young man appeared instantly. I pushed the medicine into his hand and told him that my puppy might have eaten some of the contents. He rushed it to the Vet who was somewhere in the building. The Vet appeared seconds later, as did another young man to hold my wiggly 50 pound pup, and gave my puppy an injection to make him vomit. My pup was whisked away to a kennel for observation and additional treatment. My pup is doing very well and I truly appreciate how everyone in the office dropped everything to tend to an emergency of a random stranger who rushed into their space unannounced.

This place is great. Both times I have had to go in on an emergency basis and hes always answered the phone for me after-hours and squeezed me in for the same day. Hes very knowledgeable and I am confident hell assist me in getting my dog healthy again. During my last visit I explained to the Dr. that I had been seeing a different vet and went over what they have done for me and it turned out that they had misdiagnosed my dog and I had been battling an allergy that didnt exist. He has mange. The other vet did a scraping and did not find anything but when I brought him in here they took the time to scrape multiple areas of his body and not only confirmed that he does have mites but let me examine them under the microscope to see for myself as well. I really appreciate his hard work and that he takes the time to go over all the information and possibilities before sending me on my way. I will continue to bring my dogs here and recommend him to other people as well!

I love my English Mastiffs but get very frustrated when Vets demand I get needless office visits for healthy dogs in order to get the shots I need to kennel my dogs. My previous Vet would always try to add expensive diagnostic work and made caring for my dogs a luxury I could not afford. One day I had enough and found Dr. Nagra and his clinic. I have been back a few times for routine needs, mostly vaccines and been very pleased. The Dr. is a great nice warm guy that makes caring for my rescue dogs something I can afford. I do not feel for one second my dogs get any less care. In fact my dogs get better care...the Dr. is available and flexible....really helping me out. If you are looking for a new place or an alternative to your overpriced Vet, give this guy a try. We as a community need to support cool guys.

The Doctor takes care about more animal& owner, not money like other Vet. He is very passionate and nice, knowledgeable. He doesnt exaggerate to make worst scenario for money. I never felt any pressure and stress for cost since last year. Some of treatment cost is cheaper than nonprofit organizations. And mostly super cheaper than regular animal clinic. Other clinic charged about $80~100 per 1 time of replaced bandage after surgery. He charged just $10 with advices. We saved a lot and gaining knowledge from him. I never seen this kind of doctor before.

I have a 65lb 10 year old dog with high anxiety who can be pretty hard to deal with. He is restless and he wont stay still for anything. Dr. Nagra is so good with him. Hes calm, professional, reassuring, competent and patient. My dog has had shots, blood tests, grooming and minor surgery here. Dr Nagra has always given my dog clean and thorough treatment. I have never been so comfortable bringing my dog to anyone. He can always get us in with short notice and always takes fantastic care of my dog. Id highly recommend this vet.

Dr. Nagra and his staff gave my very old cat 2 more years of quality life after he was diagnosed with kidney failure. They went above and beyond, giving of their time and caring, doing some things at no charge, only charging for the actual medicine and prescription food. Finally, when it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Nagra treated Salem and me with caring and dignity and eased my cat gently out of his life. I would recommend this team to anyone who cares for their pet. They are the best!!

Dr. Nagra is a wonderful vet. He has been helping me with my pet for many years. This week I thought Mickey, who is 14 yo, was done because he could hardly walk and was going around in circles. Dr. Nagra gave antibiotics and dizziness oc medicine and three days later, Mickey is doing so much better and will be with me for more time. I trust Dr. Nagra to do the very best for me and Mickey every time I need help.

I have been to this office twice with difficult situations. The first time I found a kitten that was dying and had to be euthanized, and most recently when I found my dog collapsed, no heart beat. Both very sad, each time the doctor and his staff handled the animal and us with compassion. If my current (long time) vet ever decides to retire, you can bet I will checking in here.

My cat needed some dental work, including a couple of extractions. They were able to see him for surgery a couple of days later. The cost for surgery, including post-op meds, was about 75% cheaper than my former vet was going to charge. The vet was kind and very knowledgeable. Vet techs are very kind, friendly, helpful. Will definitely be using them again!
