I brought my terribly frightened rescue cat to this clinic about a year ago for a nail trim and sani cut. He had been at another VCA Hospital in Redmond but, I just could not put him through the stress of a drive and then the Vet visit. The poor guy goes postal if anyone tries to hold him, or give a shot yet he is not feral. I called this clinic and explained the problem and two of the most compassionate, loving techs took care of his needs in the very small window of opportunity they have before Hampton, realizes what is going on. "UPDATE" Hampton has now been going to this Vet for over 2 years and Laura is Hamptons go to person at VCA. All I have to do is say Laura to Hampton and he is ready to go see his new friend. Dr. Jones is remarkable, he is funny, chooses his battles with Hampton and I have never been this pleased with a Vet. Hampton and I both love this VCA and I truly do not think you can find another Veterinary Hospital as caring and efficient as this one. I cant think of anything they could improve upon, this office, staff, techs and Dr. Jones are the perfect combination that keeps us coming back! UPDATE since my first post. Hamptons beloved Laura is no longer at this VCA but, Kat the assistant the replaced her is just as wonderful as Laura. Kat and Shannon are both the most amazing people one could wish for when it comes to your pet and the stress we as humans feel when our pets are not well. Dr. Jones is always going to be my go to Vet for Hampton, he has a God given gift of knowing which battles to choose when it comes to Hampton. For the person who left the bad review, you have no idea what overpriced or terrible service for your pet is. I unfortunately do so believe me when I tell you this VCA is beyond the norm of any Vet I have been to regardless of location or price. They care about your pet at this office and its not just about the $$ they truly care.

Weve been going to VCA hospitals for a while with our standard poodle, but this one is by far our favorite. The staff are friendly, patient, and best of all, attentive to my dog. Ive never had anyone be anything but kind to us, and they often come out from behind the desk to fuss over my pup (that always gets brownie points!) The different doctors that weve seen have been thorough, professional, and gracious. They always take as much time as I need, answering all my questions and concerns. Our dog needed surgery a few months ago, and they were wonderful. They took excellent care of him, and called several times to check in after he came home to see how he was and if we needed anything. The groomer is also amazing, and I wont take our dog anywhere else. Shes transformed him into a handsome, calm, dignified poodle, a far cry from the scared and panicked dog that was the result of working with previous groomers. Shes quick too, doing the job in about half the time it used to take our former groomers. This is a great vet, and I highly recommend them!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We used to like going here, until we got involved with Dr. Molly Noonan, now remarried as Molly Bachert. She is rude, as the previous person said, and completely unprofessional. She screamed and yelled at me, and told me that "my pet is fired as her patient.". All I wanted was her to sign a rabies titter certification for my cat to have him exported out to where my daughter is living. We had to end up having the police, mediation and our lawyer involved, it was atrocious. The receptionist was powerless to do anything, to get the paperwork from the Dr, besides also being incompetent. I have sympathy for the office manger, Heidi, who was sympathetic with my plight and tried to help as much as she could, despite Dr. Bacherts unethical practice. Basically, find somebody else!

oh my goodness! first of all the receptionists up front act as if they have no idea what to do! then i needed some dog food, but it was "too" big to have upfront so they had to go in back. but instead of the receptionist going back there he called back asking for help!! umm hello! get it yourself! so that took like 10minutes alone! The doctor there named Dr. Noonan is just rude! she was rushing me and trying to push me into buying every little thing!! Down to dog treats! The price as you all know is outragous! The surgery ending up costing more than the estimate and they said they cant do anything about it! I cant stand this vet my dog and I will be much better finding a vet who actually cares!!!

I took my new kitten here. They were very good about helping me sort through her previous records and figure out exactly what she needed to have done. They explained which treatments, like the feline leukemia vaccine, were optional for indoor cats and allowed me to decide for myself without pushing me towards more expensive treatment plans. The vet and tech were also INCREDIBLY good with my little kitten. They let her play and explore the examination room, and made sure to give her plenty of pets, cuddles, and treats while examining her so that she wasnt frightened. She barely even flinched when they gave her her shot because she was too busy getting attention!

i took my cat to do a check up and get his vaccines. after a week, my cat die because a bladder infection, nobody knows how happen, why it happen. the only thing i was told if that the bladder problem was a long time process , nothing from one day to the next one. i will never go back to this please. first i thought my cat was lazy and sleeping because of the vaccinations, but it got worse. My cat was Healthy and Active before it come to appointment.

After reading the reviews on this site, I almost didnt go here. It was so close to my house, I had to give it a try. VERY friendly staff, even BETTER Vet! I was wandering how they could get such bad reviews since they were so nice, so I asked! I guess they just got a new management team and 2 brand new vets. I had a lady look at my dog and she was GREAT! Ill be back here often!

The staff here is very rude, plus they are way way to expensive. I used them for a while now we go somewhere else. When I showed my new vet my invoices from VCA, they choked. They charge DOUBLE, seriously. The staff here is also my very unprofessional, they screwed me, now you dont be their next victim. BEWARE is all i can say.

I have been taking my dog to VCA Bellevue since she was a puppy. I investigated about 3-4 possible choices before deciding to go with VCA Bellevue and have never had a problem or concern with her treatment there and their care for the animals in their custody. Great vets, great staff. Quality care.

Dr. Jones is a very smart doctor and was able to diagnos my dog quickly. His staff was great and the facility was very clean. They were not expensive as others in the past have been. I will surely take my dog again for visits in the future. Thanks guys for fixing him.
