Super friendly staff really liked the Dr. Reasonably priced. Discussed my questions and concerns with me and made recommendations but did not try to talk me in two things I didnt really need whats can happen at some places. Will be taking my dog there to get her spayed although it cost a little more I was really impressed that they require an overnight visit for the surgery none of the other vets offered me that. I feel better knowing that my puppy will be closely monitored and in a safe environment for the 24 hours after the surgery versus coming home. As she is a husky that we rescued last month who had been abused we are still working on introducing her to our current other two dogs. So it gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that the initial time after the surgery she will get 24 hour care. The doctor answered all my questions explain the procedure and said to just call her if I had any other things come up. Again although will be paying a bit more we feel that this is the best place to take her for the surgery. Out of all the vet facilities I researched this one came highly recommended and I highly recommend them also.

Two-and-a half years ago I had to rush my kitty here with urinary crystals. The vet said he would need surgery, and gave a cost estimate that shocked me. It was extravagant, and much more than I could afford. The vet shamed my husband and me, manipulated us, and played on our emotions. He tried to convince us that we had to either sign up for his credit card, or put our cat down. In between private moments of tears, a nurse came in the room and quietly suggested we take our cat to Newport Hills. We took her advice, and I couldnt be more thankful. The doctors at Newport have been friendly, fast, and have taken excellent care of my kitty. They performed surgery on his crystals, and after being there for 3 days (the same estimate that the vet at Aerowood estimated), our kitty was much better - and under half the cost. I didnt want to write a review immediately after our experience - I was too angry and didnt want that to influence my writing. But after all of this time, I am still shocked and disgusted by the lack of integrity and down-right greed of this hospital. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

HUGE RELIEF! Bella, my 10 month old German Shepard received a nasty bite near her eye from another dog around 10:00pm this evening. After a quick phone call we showed up at Aerowood where we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. All of my questions were answered diligently and my nervousness subsided almost instantly. Less than 30 minutes later the process was explained thoroughly and we agreed to a procedure. By 12:30am I was walking out of the lobby with a drowsy and cone headed puppy. My regards to the doctor we worked with, she was extremely reassuring and the stitches she applied to Bellas face are clearly the work of an expert. A huge thank you to the staff at Aerowood, its very obvious you take great pride in what you do!

Aerowood animal hospital saved my pets life. Without them our sweet puppy would not be here today. When our puppy came down with parvo less than a day after rescuing her, we took her to Aerowood and she received the absolute best care that any pet owner could hope for. Every single doctor, nurse, and staff member went above and beyond to exceed every expectation we could possibly have. They accommodated our schedules, talked us through the difficult treatments associated with the disease, and were always there to support us through everything during her 8 day hospital stay. This hospital TRULY cares about the animals they treat.

Our lovely beagle decided to eat a shaving razor blade and so we call Aerowood. They take him back and x- ray him- finding what looks to be shards of metal. They induce vomitting as his stomach has a lot of food in it and should be safe. Once they have the contents the doctor comes in and says " you want the good news or the bad news?" Good news no razor, bad news its a chocolate bar wrapper and chocolate. The doctor had a great sense of humor and the entire staff very knowledgeable and friendly. For an e.r. visit we found it a pleasant one. Highly recommend.

Smaller and intimate. Such great care and low wait time. This was my first visit and this is now my E-Vet! Aerowood does NOT have that typical sterile white light cold-vibe. The place is warm and welcoming. All the staff were kind and sensitive to the trauma my pet and I were experiencing. Dr. Paik exuded confidence, explained my choices, and provided his thoughts for continued care options. I went in filled with anxiety and fear. When I left I felt in control and hopeful. THAT had nothing to do with me and everything to do with Aerowood and their staff.

Visiting from Canada when my small dog slipped on the stairs at a park and dislocated his hip. He was in terrible pain. Everyone at Aerowood was AMAZING. So friendly, supportive and - not only very clearly articulated the options for treatment - but called me throughout the night with updates on his surgery. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. In fact, the best vet clinic Ive ever been to.

My husband and I have been going to Aerowood Animal Hospital since 1995. We have always experienced kind, caring and compassionate doctors and staff. We would never consider going to any other place. We would like to give special recognition to Dr. Ellsberry who has been beyond excellent in caring for our sick dog. You would think he was her own dog.

Aerowood Animal Hospital has wonderful vets. I particularly like Dr. Ellsberry, she is a caring, thorough, excellent veterinarian. The practice is well run and my dog is happy to go there and they help him stay healthy. I live far from the office, but I wont ever change. They are the best!
