Dr Lamba does not listen to her patients, does not ask enough questions and does not give good care. I went in for a physical with very specific issues, namely pain in my chest wall, that I wanted addressed and she did not address my concerns to my satisfaction. She dismissed my feedback about what I suspected was going on in my body. She told me I wasted my money going to see a chiropractor without asking any questions about my treatment,. She did not address the pain in my chest or order a chest x-ray which in my opinion would have been warranted, yet she billed me for an additional $120 outside of the cost my regular physical for care above and beyond a physical. Her breast exam was pathetic. The roll of paper that is used to cover the exam table and replaced for each patient was lying right on the floor, - not sanitary! She diagnosed me with high blood pressure and wrote a prescription for meds. I told her Ive never had a problem with high blood pressure but instead of looking for reasons why my BP should be so high, she just said "well you know,m you are at that age." She did not ask me about my lifestyle, physical activity, diet or family history. She gave no guidance as to how I should control the high blood pressure and didnt tell me to check my BP to see if the meds were working. A few weeks after my visit to Dr Lamba, I was still having problems with my chest wall. I called Dr Lambas office and asked for a referral to a specialist which is required under my insurance plan. I was told I have to go see her again to get the referral (ie pay her for another office visit ). I will not go back to see her again.
