This place was recommended by my Drs office. The building and decor were nice in the waiting room and the staff was all pleasant, but thats as far as the good things went. First, I had to wait for slightly over an hour to even be seen (and they werent that busy). They take all the lab draws and follow-up visits first and make the sick people wait. After waiting an hour I was put in a room by a friendly enough medical student and then finally saw the dr. She spent 3 minutes with me - literally - and then started talking about prescribing medication. All of which I couldnt take during pregnancy. Apparently they dont read the chart before they see the patient. I had to tell her I was pregnant (27 weeks, kinda obvious anyway). Then she said, "Oh, well Ill just give you Zithromax then." Which is only marginally safe in pregnancy. No one ever told me what they thought I had. When I asked the dr she said, "Well, it could be a lot of things. But youre definitely sick." (Thank you Captain Obvious, thats why Im here! 5 weeks of being sick to be exact.) I wont return to this place. Horrible experience. I went online after I got home and in 10 minutes found several natural ways to treat myself with no meds being used. And that was free! They are all safe in pregnancy. This morning, Im still sick but definitely feeling better.

(UPDATE 12/07/16: This bill is finally resolved 1 & 1/2 YEARS later. They actually sent us to collections even though they promised that an account put on hold wouldnt be sent. I finally had to call my insurance and give the information MYSELF in order to get it resolved. Even then, I never received a statement from them and had to call 6 months after the final insurance payment. Luckily they had pulled back my account from collections b/c of the insurance payment and hadnt sent it back. Will not be going back. So glad to be done with them for good!) Original Post (towards the end of 2015): The doctor misdiagnosed my husbands foot problem, didnt give the correct treatment, and refused to send him to the specialist. And, now, because this was never properly diagnosed, my husband had a flare up and missed another week of work 5 months later. Finally, after seeing the specialist, we found out that it is a simple tendon problem. The specialist recognized and treated it right away. No thanks to U S health works! To make it worse, they charge us over $1000 for 3 visits. Im still waiting for the insurance to be resolved. This is not the first bad experience we have had here. I would rather got to the ER than step foot in this place again.

Emphasis on Poor - definitely not Fair - I will not use this facility again, the people were Rude, over talked me when I was trying to explain my pain, hung up on me multiple times on the phone and had very little concern overall for the pain I was in. They sent my information to a referral and did not tell me, I had to call them to find out, and they did not share who or what company they referred me to - only to tell me they will call you soon. When I called back the 5th time after being hung up on, only asking for the contact information of the people I was talking to so I could document my phone calls to them, a Dr. got on the phone, would not share her name only telling me this conversation is over and proceeded to hang up on me a 5th time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

(Only gave this 5* so people would see it) Worst place ever made the mistake of coming here for a drug and physical for a job Im trying to get and the incompetent staff checked me in wrong. They did additional test on me that I didnt need. I knew something was weird when they tried to give me a TB test and for the job that Im trying to get I knew for a fact that I didnt need a TB test for this kind of job. Smh.... they tried to stick me with a needle and have me come back a couple of days later to waste my time. Then they had the audacity to ask me to take a survey On my Experience and everytime I try to put in my answers the machine kept reading error. never come to this place it is unorganized and unprofessional

The customer service was good, but I made an appointment well in advance, showed up early to fill out the paperwork and was kept waiting for over an hour in the waiting room. Then when the nurse took me to an exam room, she told me they didnt have any rooms available (???) and asked me to go BACK to the waiting room after taking my vitals. Finally after waiting over an hour and a half for the doctor to call me back in, I was already very late for dinner with my family and asked for a refund (they wanted me to pay upfront before the nurse even saw me). All I needed was my two regular prescriptions refilled! I wasnt even sick, and had an appointment! Huge waste of time, sadly. Now I have to go somewhere ELSE tomorrow. Great.

The wait was long due to the fact that they take appointments prior to urgent care walk ins. The staff was nice and the care was professional. My boyfriend was the patient, previously diagnosed with something rare and unfamiliar to most doctors. This doctor seemed to understand the disease and know how to treat it very well. The all-in-one stop made it sort of like a miniature hospital without the 5 hour wait and all night testing. After an injection, an xray and some chiropractic therapy, my boyfriend seemed better. She even proscribed a walker to aid movement since his problem is derived from the spine and causes severe pain when walking. Overall this place was helpful and knowledgeable.

Never received a bill after a simple appointment in late 2014. Found out later it was sent to a collection agency when it appeared on my credit report in 2015, which took me hours to track it down to US HealthWorks. Called and paid US HealthWorks directly, and their lovely Credit Agency has continued to put crap on my credit report since then. After being told I didnt owe anything on the way out and that my insurance covered it, I will not be going back. I should have paid their collection agency to remove their charge, but now, over a year later in 2017, they have added yet another claim for US HealthWorks showing it was paid off (even though it was paid in 2015).

The doctors and staff are fine. I have nothing bad to say about the people who work here. They do accept walks-ins but its at least a 3 or 4 hour wait. Even people with appointments were waiting at least an hour. I finally left and went to the Indigo urgent care on Yelm Highway, by Walmart. That clinic is what First World medicine should be. They gave me a bottle of water when I walked through the door. They were caring and saw me right away. The doctor and staff were first rate! If you have the option do yourself a favor and stop by the Indigo Clinic on Yelm Highway first.
