Everyone from the person who scheduled my appointment over the phone, to the person at the front desk, to the x-ray tech, provided exceptional customer service. They were all incredibly friendly yet efficient. Each of them went above and beyond my expectations. Its refreshing to go someplace and feel compelled to leave positive feedback. So often the only time I feel driven to leave feedback is when Ive had a negative experience. Nothing negative to say here. I was thoroughly impressed.

The abdomen ultrasound tech was very rude an short with me. She asked if I had anything to eat this morning an I said no. Then I said I had a cup of coffee an she said well thats something. I didnt know I ate my coffee. I was very nervous for the test and she made me feel horrible. The results say I didnt do what she said when it came to her telling me to hold my breath. If she didnt mumble I might have heard her. If you have an option go somewhere else.
