Unhelpful and rude. The billing department especially. They talk over you, assume your a delinquent and Im always positive is outsourced. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate medical provider and skip the lack of interest or care from these doctors.

They are always very professional and provide excellent service. I also recently disputed a charge that resulted from a misunderstood conversation about treatment costs. They adjusted the charge and explained how to avoid that in the future.
