On several occasions I have been disappointed and frustrated by this clinic. They share the building with another company, but when you walk in the front door all the signage for Lab, etc are only for the other company. Confusing and time wasting. When I came in first thing in the morning I could not find a soul. I eventually discovered the entire staff at some sort of meeting. Another morning I had to wait in the hallway while the lab tech turned her computers on and get ready for the day. A different morning found her training two brand new hires while also trying to serve patients (as the only employee). Healthcare folks want you to come early to be prepared, but this clinic is not ready to go at 8 am. Then I tried to call in to refill a prescription. My call was directed to who knows where. I spent several minutes on hold, eventually had to speak to five different people, and had to repeat the problem over and over and over again just to get a simple refill on a prescription I take every day. Lots of excuses. Little taking responsibility to effect a solution

Very disorganized. You, the patient, not the employees, need to know there are 2 medical centers there and 2 labs. I got sent to the wrong lab, then the right lab couldnt find the doctors lab orders and told me to come back. Each person gave me different information and none had the accountability to ask clarifying questions, follow up or get another person and when I tried to walk towards the office area to find someone to talk to, I was strongly halted because it was a staff only area. There are no way finding signs or people. Beautiful building, though.

I was a Pac Med patient in Seattle for 10 years and had great service. I moved to Olympia a year ago and waited for their new Lacey clinic to open up before changing doctors. Ive been out there twice now and have found them to be the same quality service I received in Seattle.

Left a message for my provider. Still waiting for a response...its been 3 weeks. I called back today and was put on hold for 5 minutes before being hung up on. We deserve better than this!
