Liana is a great Dr. She is very smart and knows what she is doing. She is honest and direct, goes down to the bottom of the problem. She actually cares about you and picks her treatment accordingly. She may not appear to be the warmest person youve ever met but she is 100% genuine. I dont mean she is cold by any standard; she just isnt the kind of dr that goes out of his/her way to make you feel like you two are the best of friends forever when you meet them. Who buys that anyway. Just see her and trust that she has a great shot at fixing you, more so than 95% of others out there. Office staff, Kim and co., is top notch; very friendly and helpful, and again, genuine. And no, I dont work here nor have any sort of conflict of interest to declare. Just a guy whos seen A LOT of doctors over the years and can tell a good one from miles away.

Dr. Hategan has been wonderful and I credit her a great deal for my new found quality of life I never thought possible. Before I met her I was in a very dark place with little hope about my future. Three or four months later my life has changed in almost every aspect one can think of. The old fat me from eating my emotions away because I had no self worth who also fealt sorry for himself all the time wouldnt believe that nutrition, EXERCISE and in my special circumstance medication could change my life. My future looks brighter than ever and I have to give Dr. Hategan the props she deserves. I feel great I look great I work hard

During our interview, Dr. Hategan couldnt seem to tear her eyes away from her computer screen, not even to greet me. The questions with which she diagnosed me were canned and robotic, leading to a blatant misdiagnosis for a disease which I show no symptoms for. Her demeanor was cold and uncaring. My appointment began 25 minutes late, which I was told by the staff is typical of their practice. That is entirely unprofessional. l I would never recommend her services to anyone. However, her office staff were very friendly and courteous (Kim and a younger gentleman). Also, there are a few delightful canines they keep around the office.

Dr. Liana Hategan has supervised my medical needs over the passed 2 years or more and I could not be more pleased! I first began seeing her while a resident within the Cedar Hills rehabilitation and treatment center where Dr. Hategan assessed my medication needs and whom also accepted me into her private practice following the end of my treatment. She has not only been the finest psychiatric physician, but she has become a caring FRIEND! I cannot recommend her high enough as she treats her clients with warmth and genuine caring, a very rare combination, indeed! *Her office staff is excellent as well! ~Sandra (Sande) Rose

Ive been seeing Dr. Hategan since 2013 and she is literally a lifesaver. Very friendly but also professional and genuinely interested in her patients well-being, she is there first and foremost for the good of her patients and to help them live full and fulfilling lives. I dont know where I would be without her help.

Dr. Hategan sat at her computer and barely looked at me. She was late. I didnt feel she cared about my problem. She sounded bored. I am not sure I will return. The office staff is very friendly, but they dont always return your call.
