Thanks to Redmond Physical Therapy and in particular Ben Wobker for a wonderful trip to Australia! Allow me to explain: My niece Anna, who lives in Melbourne, was scheduled to be married at the end of February, 2010. We were so excited about going. We bought our airplane tickets well in advance. But two months before the trip, I injured my left leg. I was in intense pain and could scarcely walk. If I could not get my disability handled quickly, I would not be able to endure the long plane trip from Seattle to Melbourne, and I’d have to cancel my trip. I was heartbroken. So I went to Ben Wobker for help. Ben pulled out all the stops to get me ambulatory in time for the trip. He scheduled me for three appointments a week and used different techniques -- including manipulation, message, and exercise -- at just the right times and at the right intensity. When I became despondent, Ben kept my spirits up. At the beginning of February, my leg was almost perfect. Another week of therapy -- and it was perfect. I could go on our trip without any worries. And I did. We had a wonderful, wonderful time. And none of it would have happened had it not been for Ben Wobker and the Redmond Physical Therapy staff. You guys are the best and the brightest. Wow, what a complete waste of my time! Filled out all the paperwork, paid my co-pay, met with a PT, she asked me lots of questions, did an evaluation on my situation, discussed a detailed plan to address my pain/injury, but when I go to schedule appointments, they cant fit me in except for irregular odd-time scheduled appointments which do not support the plan just discussed. And when I express frustration at this, the ice-queen receptionist (who seems to hate her job and was incapable of returning a smile when I first arrived) makes a snotty face and says, "Okay, so do you want me to remove you from our system?" If your business is not able to take on new clients, dont waste my time! You took my prescription and my money and my time and instead of getting the service I paid for, I got jerked around. Now, off to call my doctor for a new prescription and then find another PT in my area.

I first saw Ben Wobker at Redmond PT about 4 years ago. I was suffering from ongoing hip and knee pain - brought on by years of bad habits as a conductor and musician. Ben was great - he immediately zeroed in on the causes of my difficulties and gave me succinct and reasonable (!!) exercises to work on. Im happy to say that as a result of working with him I am mostly pain free (OK - so it was hard to give up high heels altogether!) and am in better condition than I have been for most of my life. Aside from the great PT encouragement, Ben is wonderful human being; caring, a good listener, and funny! All the things you want while youre lying on one of those PT beds being prodded and pushed. Id recommend Ben and Remond PT without hesitation.

It starts with the front desk who handles EVERYTHING- check in, the reminder calls (thankfully!), paperwork, billing, etc. all done without me having to do anything. Then there are Techs and Therapist, that feeling your in good hands and they are there to help! I was in for an ACL, Foot and lower back pain due to my ACL injury. In a few weeks I was getting back to a more positive state, I’ll never be 100% but 98% isnt bad! By the end of 4 weeks I was feeling and doing much more without the pain I once had, I cant say enough about the whole staff and the care after!! True service and care that you should expect with no compromises, dont settle for less! SEEYAinWA gives them 5 stars!!!

Nicole Biberger has helped me learn how to build strength in areas that have been challenging for me for years. Each week she would add on exercises that dealt with the next area of priority for me to rebuild. I feel in charge of my own health as she has given me the means to change my posture, hold my spine, strengthen my core muscles in a way that has made such a difference in my life. not very happy. One day my PT was on vacation so they shedule me with an other one. He hurt me because he did not know my neck story. An other time they canceled my appointment without giving me any other one within 2 weeks. My PT does not work on saturday, does not work on friday, does not work after 4 pm, I would love to have this job! The receptionist kept telling you, you are on "cancelation list" but... they never call you.

Thank you very much for the great care you gave my son after 2 foot surgeries. Ben Wobker is the best PT doctor to have. He really is very patient and kind with kids. All the staff was great with my son and even though he hated going to PT he loved the people there and that made it easier for him to go. Thanks for making a difficult time for my son so much easier. I recommend this place to everyone.

Went to see Ken for a hip sports injury, he seemed very smart, explained everything I needed know and took care of it. The people at the front desk and all the PTs were really nice! I talked to another lady that said shes been going to them for years and has been very happy. I would definitely go back if I need to.

Really enjoying this place, they are very knowledgeable and have helped me out greatly, would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. They have done a great job rebuilding my shoulder. Evan and the gang were so fun and friendly, Im considering breaking my other ankle just so that I can go back. I figure Gods blessed me with all these limbs for a reason. Ive got two legs, two arms, a back and a neck, all those should be good for at least a couple years worth of return visits.
