I bought my daughter a pair of glasses here. They cost $700 (thankfully insurance covered most of the cost). The frames broke. I went to get them fixed, thinking since it was less than a year (5 months) they would be under warranty (like Walmart, Lenscrafters or Costco). Nope. I was told I need to pay a 1/3 of the cost to repair the frames. She said unless it was a "manufacturer defect" there was nothing they could do. Say what? I went to Walmart and got a pair that look almost identical to her expensive ones for $40. The frames are reinforced and have a year warranty. I could literally buy 5 pairs from Walmart for the cost to fix the ones from Eyes on the Landing. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere, like Walmart, Costco or Lenscrafters for overall better quality and cost.

I spent over $700 on a pair of glasses that have the wrong prescription, and the frames are crap. The first set of frames lasted 1 month; the temples wouldnt fold without binding. They replaced the frames with another manufacturers over priced frames. The fundamental function of optometry seems to lost on them though. The lenses in my tri-focal progressives are wrong, and after repeated visits to get them corrected they wanted me to spend another $300 to get the lenses correct. Their position was that my eyes changed in 6 months; which is complete BS.

I have been seeing Dr. Elwood for about 6 months now - when I came in, I was having a lot of difficulties with my contact lenses (from a previous doctors office) - she really took the time to work with me to find the right fit. She did not pressure me to pick one fit right away - rather encouraged me to consider several different options. I recently ordered my second round of contacts through the office and am about to order my first set of glasses. All in all, a great experience with Eyes on the Landing - I would recommend them to anyone.

I can be a difficult customer. Evie and her team have gone out of there way to accommodate my demanding and unforgiving schedule. I am happy to pay a premium for convenience. This is not Walmart optical so dont price shop, but if you want a nordstrom experience this is the place. Hooked me up with free sample contacts for the Super Bowl to boot. I feel anyone that posts what they paid has no issue with quality or service rather with price. Go here for service.

I have not gotten glasses here however, I am an optical sales representative and I have gotten the absolute most thorough information from Donna and Christian. They are probably more knowledgeable than any opticians in the Puget Sound that I have spoken (with which is a LOT! ) I would completely recommend this business for anyone that has discriminating fashion taste and wants to be assured they will get the best glasses and customer service available!

This place charged me over $800 for poor quality glasses. The frames looked different with lenses in them and didnt suit my face and the anti-reflective coating (which alone cost $169) was ineffective. These were of lower quality than those I bought at Costco of all places. The business owner said she would work to make it right but did not. I did not receive new lenses or frames. I am stuck with glasses I have no use for an a massive bill. Avoid.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Eyes on the Landing! If you want an experience and eyewear that is unique and the best there is out there; give them a visit. Donna & Kaylee helped me pick the most beautiful frame. It was one that I would have never picked, however have received MULTIPLE compliments on them within the 4 days Ive had them! The vision in the frames is on point. Thanks so much! Highly recommended.

I am over the moon happy with my gorgeous glasses. I now have much fewer migraines and I get compliments several times a week. I love having such great vision. All the staff from the Optometrist to the Sales Staff are fabulous. I sent my husband to get his glasses here also! Same wonderful experience! They also own the site in Gig Harbor- Uptown Eyes which means twice the inventory!!!

I came in to get my eyeglasses repaired (a very stubborn hinge screw had popped out) and was in and out in under a couple minutes. The shop interior was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful as its situated right next to the Landings parking garage. This was my first time here and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!

No respect for my health condition . i did my exam and gave them all my insurance information in order for them to order my glasses . They never ordered anything and no communication at all until i called back for the status of my prescription thats when they told me that it never been ordered . No respect at all from the staff

Dr. Lawson is the best doctor I know. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything so well. Their practice is the nicest doctors office Ive ever been to. And their frame selection is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Very friendly service. Youll find all styles of glasses, and sunglasses. They do tend to change doctors quite a bit, but other than that its a great place to purchase eyewear.
