STAY AWAY! WORST place ever. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely will. The customer service is awful everyone there disagrees with you for example my insurance specified their location as a provider and they told me numerous times they didnt accept it until I went on my phone and showed them the proof then they took action to call and what do you know my insurance was accepted there. My co payment specifies a $25 fee they charged me over double for a general exams . They are not there to help you with your vision problems they are there for your money overall. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to go.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The manager there is awful, she is so rude. Horrible customer service. Even when they messed up... not once... not twice ... but over 3 times, they still havent help fix the problem. Even when I tried explaining what went wrong the manager cut me off and she said "what do you want me to do?". I highly recommend you and who ever you know to NOT go here for glasses, not worth it. The ONLY good thing about my experience was the sales associate Curtis. I will never shop here again.

Do not go to Lenscrafters. While they have 1 hour glasses, your glasses will be wrong. We have been to them no less than 6 times for a single pair of glasses, and they are still wrong! If we hadnt used our one and only glasses insurance claim for the year, we would have said forget it and gone to the optometrists office. They may not have as big of a selection, but at least they make the lenses correctly. Stay away unless you want to deal with a headache, but literally and figuratively.

Purchased glasses value 700 usd. Came back on Sunday afternoon 8/13/2017 at 4pm with the issue of bulky nose pad which one time replaced by the store. Customers service answer the store does not have nose pad to replace !!! Customer service not really nice (contrast to when purchase time!) asked me to find nose pad on another Lenscrafter store. Hoping to know this issue when purchase 700usd glass but store can not replace nose pad !!!!!

Great place to go:) I was struggling to find the screw for my sunglasses because one of the screws of the sunglasses arm was missing. Even though I did not buy this sunglasses at this store, they fixed my sunglasses free of charge with a great service! How generous and thoughful of them! I will definintely come back to this store:)♡ Thank you so much for the great free service:)

The Westfield store is great. Ive always been helped right away, and when my perscription was wrong from my Doctor, they re-did them, no problem. The Staff is friendly and professional . No matter what, get the warranty on all your glasses! If the are ruined for any reason, they will be replaced for $25. Sweet! Ill always go back. :)

We just had an amazing experience at the Lenscrafters in Southcenter Mall this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you Sam and staff!!!

Yes I give them that they are fast but my screw came off my glasses so it was a wuick fix. My glasses were not even straighten they were super crooked that i had to get them fixed elsewhere. To top it off I was working with manager.

They sell you just the eyeglasses from the vitrine, full of scratches, they look like second hand products. Dessapointed.
