When I received my new frames, they just handed them to me without checking if they fit at all, which they didnt, so I spent a few days walking around with crooked uncomfortable glasses until I scheduled a follow up appointment. I was unsatisfied with the glasses due to chromatic aberration, which the doctor seemed to not know about and made no effort to fix or offer replacement lenses. An employee at a different glasses store said she would have expect they provide me a new set of lenses to fix this but also mentioned that she would never have sold me lenses with such sloppily cut edges. They also didnt scheduled a follow up meeting to see if an my eye infection resolved. The only thing they did a great job of was helping me select a pair of glasses that were a few hundred dollars higher than my stated price range.

The folks at C2020 are all great. I work nearby and decided to give this place a try for the convenience. Everyone is very nice and super helpful at all times. The place itself is modern and located in a great area - lots of places to shop or have a meal nearby. Dr. Poon is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. I would highly recommend C2020.

Great place! Helped me with an emergency eye infection and set me up with contacts annually. Not my favorite selection of glasses. Still use eye dialation, which my last eye doctor said was made unnecessary due to new technology, cameras, equipment, etc.

Great selection of glasses. Great customer service: I left my reading glasses on a Delta flight (the case was the same color as the seat!) and wanted to replace them with the exact same ones. C2020 gave me a very good deal on the replacement.
