I see quite a few good reviews, so I would like to schedule an appointment to try them out...if anyone would answer the phone. "Well return your call the next business day"? Really? Oh well, maybe they will call me back earlier, everything will work out, and I can write a different review!

Dr. Sampson gets 5 stars, but the opticians are awful. I tried to get progressive lenses here and after a few tries with obviously flawed lenses they said there was nothing else they could do and wouldnt refund my money. Take your prescription with you and get it filled elsewhere.

For a long time I wore contacts and now I have glasses. I have been very happy with all of the services that the office has provided me. The optical staff that helped me find my glasses were very professional and knowledgeable about the different options that I had.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joyces for many years. He has a welcoming manner about him and he is easy to talk to. He makes me comfortable throughout my appointments. Dr. Joyce advises me on procedures that could be helpful but he doesnt push the services.
