By far the best experience Ive had with an optometry-related appointment. Im from the east coast and am here for a business conference. The hotel Im staying at threw away my contacts when cleaning my room yesterday and in need of contacts for the weekend In Visions personnel worked with me to get me the right contacts by providing a needed exam with absolutely no complications. They all know loads about contacts and the physiology of the eye, so I was extremely impressed with what was pretty much an impromptu visit. The doctor (really wish I had her name) was amazing and friendly, and would not let me leave without making sure I had the right contacts for my eyes; ensuring that there would be no negative reaction to the contacts. Out of all the doctors and clinics Ive been to this one stood out leagues above the rest. They definitely earned my 5 star rating.

Researched lots of reviews, and In Vision Optometry was one of the top picks. They were not only as good as the reviews I read - they were better than I ever could have expected. Their customer service in particular was amazing! I just got into a bicycle accident and needed the lightest frame glasses possible (due to a nose injury), had light sensitivity due to a concussion and they were incredibly facilitative to my needs and made sure I had the time to make a decision. On top of that - their prices were very good. I had checked out another place, but wasnt crazy about their options. I paid less than the first place.

Dr. Hafen is learned, professional, pleasant, listens carefully and explains thoroughly when I have questions.
