Ive seen my fair share of good optometrists, but Dr. Pham has wow-ed me and blows every other optometrist out of the water. Ive been here twice in the past year to get prescription glasses and to get a contact fitting. I love how intimate and modern/clean her office is. Im not a fan of those big mall like optometry offices where people seem pushy to sell you products as oppose to giving you quality eye care. Crest Optometry is everything you can ask for in a family optometry office. They have a cute little waiting area where I can play/read, I mean where your kids can play/read. The staff is nice and extremely helpful. I love that they are so on top of calling you once your glasses are done, unlike some offices where I have to call in and ask them about the status. Also, I love that they have different technology where they dont puff air into your eyes. Dr. Pham made the eye examination fun and quick and she makes you feel more like a friend rather than a patient. What I also love is that shes not pushy in forcing you to buy the more expensive products when its not necessary and genuinely cares about benefiting the patient and not herself. Ive been a victim of upselling bullying and I appreciate Dr. Phams honesty. She has a great selection of glasses/sunglasses and a large variety of contacts. You wont regret visiting the Crest and if youre having a bad day, just go in and take some candy from their candy bowl. Im sure they wont mind.

I highly recommend Dr. Pham and her wonderful staff for all of your eye concerns! The office itself is very tidy and organized. Great selection of frames. The front office staff is very helpful with warm and inviting customer service, and makes you feel right at home as soon as you step through the door. The waiting time is minimal and I like how easy it is to set up an appointment. I also appreciate how easy it is to fill out your paperwork online ahead of time and the email and text reminders for your upcoming appointment. Dr. Pham is one of the warmest, most knowledgeable and caring optometrists Ive ever seen. She performs a very thorough eye exam and even caught a retinal hole in my eye that has never been diagnosed before! She was very patient and answered all of my questions, walking me through each step of the exam. I also very much like her holistic approach; she recommended things like taking more fish oil for my clogged glands. I really appreciate how her and the rest of the staff work to provide you with the best care, personalized to you. I could not recommend this office more! Came to Crest for a contact lens exam on a Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and asked to fill out some information on the an iPad. The receptionist told me that the office is trying to be a paperless office. Thought that was pretty cool. After I was done she explain my insurance benefits (Eyemed) which was great because my last optometrist didnt and caught me off guard when I had to pay extra for my contact lens fitting. The Crest receptionist told me that I only had a $10 copay and my contact lens fitting was covered by my insurance. Awesome!! Dr Pham then did my pre-testing and exam. She was through, informative, and professional. She also told me that my prescription is getting a little better! Must be the carrots... She also recommended UV protection to prevent growths on the eyes. After my exam and contact lens fitting, I ordered a year supply and had it shipped directly to my home for free. On top of that Crests contact lens prices were pretty reasonable. I compared it to 1800Contacts and it was the same. Im glad I found a doctor and office that is welcoming, trustworthy, and caring. Ill be back next year!

So I was in search for a new optometrist in the San Jose area, and a friend had told me about this optometry place near downtown San Jose, so I decided to check out the reviews on Yelp, and everyone had great things to say about it, so I booked my eye exam. Thank goodness, for free parking unlike the downtown parking lots. When I got in, it has a nice and homey feeling to it and lots of eye wear brands that I have never heard or seen before so that was a good sign from the start. The receptionist was nice and attentive and knew her stuff really well. When I went in for my exam, the optometrist was very thorough and helpful when I asked her questions about my vision on my right eye. Thank goodness this optometrist was super nice and didnt look annoyed when I started to ask her a million questions unlike my old optometrist, instead the optometrist made me feel really comfortable. Overall, my experience there was great, and I definitely would recommend Crest to my friends.

Best Optometry place I have been to in YEARS!!! The selection of glasses were amazing all the brands I like the most. I walked out with 2 new pairs of RayBands. Also if they do not have it in stock they will order for you. Most places will not do that. Next Dr Pham is very professional doctor who is very knowledgeable and caring. Most doctors just want you in and out fast but this one really takes the time and gets really into your appointment with her. Also her staff is incredibly friendly, and informative about all questions pertaining to all the different types of glasses and contacts. They never pressure you to buy!!! The office is very cozy and family friendly so if you want to bring your kids they have toys to keep them busy along with a nice comfy couch to relax on while you wait. I highly recommend Crest Optometry to anyone looking for a place to go to for the rest of your lives.

Ive made two visits to the office, both times were good experiences, particularly the second time around. The first time, my insurance didnt allow me to get my frames, so I went through all the eye exams with Dr. Pham. She was easy to talk to and she communicated everything to me pretty clearly. It was nice to have a good rapport with the doctor. She also found out that I had been over adjusted by my previous optometrist, which became no surprise to me. As for the second visit, it was the quickest visit I have ever gone through. Once I found frames that I liked (the ladies in the office thankfully double checked my style choice), the process of getting them was quick. My records were pulled up, double checked, she reviewed my insurance benefits, made sure I got everything I needed and I was on my way. Id say that it took no more than 15 minutes, which is a lot faster than previous experiences.

Great family practice with lots of parking and easy access. Dr. Pham and her team are not just professional but very personable. She always remembers little details from my previous visit. She even notice I was developing a stye in my eye and gave me tips on how to prevent. Such care and attention is why I will keep seeing her.

Dr. Pham at Crest Optometry keeps to her schedule, is very knowledgeable, and has a friendly & caring personality. During the eye exam, she takes time to explain about the exam procedures and why they are necessary. Her staff also takes the time to patiently help you if you need to choose eyeglass frames.
