I needed contacts asap, to get home from everett to tricities, I called over 30 places and no had the contacts I needed this place was my last hope I called and the lady at the front desk said she had a pair to get me by when I came there she welcomed me and gave me the pair and helped me order New ones, in fact I even decided to buy glasses from them. Definitely will be returning!

Ive been a customer at Optical Reflections for years, and they have always provided excellent care, and my contacts or glasses have always arrived when they said they would or earlier. For contacts, theyve always given me samples to hold me over until my order came in.

I ordered my glasses two months ago and Ive called every week to see if they were ready. For the first few weeks the answer I received was "they will be in next weekend", now they have just stopped calling me. I guess Im not getting my glasses.

They got me in with twenty minutes notice, were quick, professional and personable and when I expressed concerns about not having enough contacts to last until my order arrived they gave me a few extra samples.
