I found DJ, the optical person to be very professional, helpful and freindly. She has excellent customer service skills, and is very knowlegeable about the products JC Penney optical offers. She helped me select a frame that suits my prescription, my budget and my needs, and gave great advice on what would be most comfortable, practical and aethetically pleasing. Being a devoted many decade contact lens wearer, I was really dreading having to wear glasses for 3 weeks before I can get my cataract surgery. DJ helped me find the lenses and frames that were the least disturbing, and I have actually gotten many compliments on my new glasses! I was also fortunate to have been shopping for glasses duiing the fabulous Memorial Day sale, so my cash out-lay was drastically reduced. Thank you, DJ!

I stopped in to see if they take my insurace and was helped by Lisa. She was very knowledgeable about insurance without having to call which was 5star service and i appreciated not having to wait while she figured it out. i found her to be approachable and friendly. Then we checked out frames together and she really WOWed me. She put me in a frame i would never try and it looked great. Because they dont accept my insurance i will get an exam at my regular doc but will definitely come back for my frames.
