For exams and getting a new script, its a wonderful place. The staff is great and the doctors are very thorough. Their frames are VERY expensive however and the warranty is pretty much useless if you actually damage your lenses. Ive never paid less than $360 for a pair of glasses from there and for them to only be covered for regular "wear and tear" is just not worth it. Im super disappointed with the cruddy warranty considering how much Ive spent on frames over the last few years. The frame selection is pretty good. Ive liked every pair Ive picked.

I have a contact lens decided to put on myself about a week ago. Originally, I thought it would be very easy to remove. However, it turned out this isnt as easy as I thought. Knowing that I shouldnt have a contact lens on my eye for too long. I called Eye Site for assistant. However, they decided this is a reliability issue, and ask me to go to the ER Instead. How someone like me who is not skillful enough to remove a contact lens become an ER issue is beyond me. But I dont think they are in the business of helping others in needs..

Dr. Kaur and her staff are awesome. I have very specific needs for eye wear. High prescription and a wide face makes finding glasses so difficult. Amy was great at helping me find exactly what I needed. Dr. Kaur has meticulous attention to detail and explains why and what the tests are for. Love this office. Always a positive experience.
