The glasses I bought at Costco failed miserably and I took very good care of them. They didnt hold together, the coating wore off the lenses. And, of course, they started failing just after the 1 year warranty had expired. Plus, they were not interested in my issue with the glasses at all. Costco is not a place to buy glasses. Giant jars of mayonnaise, maybe, but not glasses.

I attempted to call the optical center and got Wendy on the phone. She was the most rude person I have ever spoke with on the phone! Because of this woman I will not be using costco for my optical needs. Wendy needs to learn some customer sevice skills!

No one will pick up the phone. If you have questions you would have to go into the store. I just wanted to find out how much a vision test would be. No luck.
