Evergreen Dental was exactly what I needed. Friendly, professional and gave great care. I found my new dentist office! I highly recommend. I am new to the area and Evergreen has a an easy location to get to. They were very helpful and friendly when I called to schedule. I have a busy schedule, but they were able to find a time that worked great for me. I saw Dr. Richard Smith and he was awesome. Since this was my first time to their office, and I havent had x-rays in a while, I had a full exam and x-rays with Dr. Richard and his dental assistant. Sometimes the xrays are a little uncomfortable, but the assistant worked quickly and efficiently and it was actually pretty easy. Luckily I didnt have any major issues, but Dr. Richard still took the time to look over my teeth and get to know me. Very professional and very welcoming experience. Their hygienist, Sheryl, did the teeth cleaning. She was great, super friendly, quick but thorough. It was my first visit, but it felt like Sheryl had been cleaning my teeth for years. Its hard to find a new dentist. The team at Evergreen was excellent and they did great work. I feel great to have a Dr. Richard Smith and team taking care of my dental health. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been going to this dental office for about 4 years now. It has been on my mind to find another dentist before today but today sealed it. I started of with the owner as my dentist and then I guess he quit doing dentistry (Well Basic Dentistry) so I got a new dentist. Didnt ask for one! Well today I got another new dentist same office and didnt ask for one. Also a car got broken into right in front of there office right before my appointment. So while setting in the chair for my cleaning I kept wondering if my car was getting broke into. NOT A GOOD FEELING! But I will keep going there for my oral appliance every so often I guess.

Just started with Dr. Markinovich at Evergreen Dental Center in Tacoma. Loved the warm greeting and the heater in the lobby. Dental Assistant and Doctor gave us all the time we needed and answered every questions we had. Since we were coming from Covington (75 miles round trip) they gave us two appointments in one. Reassured us we could call anytime we had a questions.

Hands down, the friendliest staff Ive ever dealt with in a dental office. They not only made sure I got everything I needed, but they helped me work through a mistake I made to make sure I would get taken care of. Top quality office that I would highly recommend to anyone.
