Ive generally always had perfect vision, but if I ever need an eye doctor again, I wouldnt hesitate to come running back to this clinic! I was referred to this opthamologist from the ER when I suffered a corneal abrasion right over the top of my pupil. After the scratch became more painful, I called the number and spoke with Stephanie who immediately scheduled me a same-day appointment with Dr. Chapman, despite needing pre-authorization from my state health insurance. Even though I was a little late, Stephanie was courteous and empathetic to my situation. I was seen shortly after filling out some simple paperwork. The good Doctor numbed me up and, after taking a good look at the scratch, assured me everything was healing well. When I brought up my complaints about the persistent pain and the fact that I had missed two days of work, he did not belittle me or leave me to suffer. He explained what was probably happening: the ointment I was perscribed became sticky while I slept and would remove my "scab" over the scratch when I woke up. He shielded the injury with an extended-wear contact lens and perscribed me a new antibiotic and some eyedrops for the pain. Within a few hours of using the new drops combined with the contact lens, my redness had cleared up, my eye didnt hurt anymore and Im able to work again. Im ecstatic about my recovery and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Tried calling this office to set up an appointment and ended up 2nd in a holding queue. No big deal except after 5 minutes on hold it started to ring and I was placed back on hold - this time I was number 3 in the hold queue. I wasnt going to sit on hold for another 10 minutes so I will go somewhere else.

Dr Jay Chapman is wonderful! I saw him at a different clinic but when I was not pleased with the service I received after he left that office, I found him at this clinic.

Yesterday I what there and the front desks lady was very rude to me. And she coulded answer a simple question it all... I will not go back here again for my eyes......
