Unfortunately I am a dissatisfied patient. Services rendered at my scheduled appointment were generally good, I did not find myself impressed with my experience. The negative and dissapointing experience I encountered came after my visit when I called the office. Front office staff seemed to be lacking knowledge of the legality of my inquiry and I was treated poorly as a result. A particular front office staff member hung up on me while speaking. Our conversation was tense, however nothing out of the ordinary from common patient questions or concern regarding their patient rights. I chose to immediately report this situation and was told the doctor I had seen would be notified of my experience. I received no correspondence from the doctor, who the front staff informed me is also the owner of this very business. I did t hear from anyone, at all. I certainly will not return to this office. I have reason to believe they simply dont care.

Nice friendly staff, and Doctor. Seemed knowledgeable and helpful at everything to do with my eyes and vision. Stayed late to help me learn how to put in and take out my contacts.
