I love Dr. Gardner & his staff, very attentive and detailed to both my fiancee and myself. Oddly enough I am very confused with Ty (?) He misquoted the pricing of my contacts. I have monovision and only require one contact. I have opted for color because it is easier for me to see the contact and they also enhance my eye color. He asked for payment and was ready to order the contacts but failed to ask what color I would like. Odd...I will continue to do business with them, but advise maybe some additional training for Ty. My contacts are now twice the amount he quoted me a month ago.

This location booked an appointment for me almost four weeks in advance. Because they had no openings for such a long time, I moved my entire schedule around that day. Whenever I got to the location (after taking a Lyft because I didnt have access to my car) they looked at me and said Id never scheduled. I had a document on my phone that stated whod Id spoken with but it made no difference. They had no interest in rectifying the mistake and instead tried to pass blame like Id made up the appointment. Why would I spend $15 to make a circle trip back home. Do not advise using this location.

I had my eyes examined for contacts last year. I did ask for 1 month disposable lens, but the trial lens given to me was 2 week disposable. I was fine with that. When I asked them for 6 month supply, they gave me 1 year lens supply and as I had to purchase it because I needed them. Even more frustrating part was one of the office staff gave me a bad advice that the 2 week disposable lens can be put on for 1 whole month. I recently attended a different doctor and they told be that using the lens beyond the expiry date could damage the cornea.

They could never find my file when I called in. Then I was told I would be followed up with to schedule an appointment to evaluate my trial lenses, but never received any calls. My optemetrist on my first visit was nice, but the office has a whole was unorganized and turned everything into a huge hassle.

The staff at Advanced Eye Care are extremely knowledgeable and so nice. I accidentally placed something on my glasses and both lens fell out. I trotted right over to AEC and they reinserted the lens in a flash. They cleaned them, too, and didnt charge me. These people are simply the bet!

I used to work here. Not only are the doctors both very knowledgable but they are so nice and explain everything in great detail. If you are looking for a great doctor and a good variety of frames, go here! Ask for Tony! Hes been there for YEARS and really knows his stuff!
